Vicki Dailey “Youngblood”, 64, of Parkersburg, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at Camden Clark Medical Center. Vicki will be laid to rest with her parents in Parkersburg Memorial Gardens at the convenience of her family. Vaughan Kimes Funeral Home has been entrusted to assist with final arrangements.
