James E. Williams, 85, of Vienna, WV, passed away June 25, 2025, at the Camden Clark Medical Center, WVU Medicine.
He was born July 16, 1939, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late Harry Eslee and Edith Lyle Bishop Williams.
He had worked for Dick Warner as a mechanic and had attended The Rock Church in Parkersburg.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Charlene June Williams; grandchildren Justin and Jason Williams and Megan Dennis; 3 great grandchildren; sister Carol Williford of TX; brother George Williams of Belpre; daughter-in-law Tracy Ann Williams; nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons Keith and Gregg Williams; brother Kay Williams and sister Peggy Smith.
