Randall Robert Cline II, age 55, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta, Ohio.
He was born June 22, 1969, in Parkersburg, WV, the son of Randall Robert Cline I and Theresa (McDonald) Ruble.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother and grandfather, Gladys Stanley and Charles McDonald; paternal grandmother and grandfather, Edna and Raymond Cline; uncles, Donald Stanley and Raymond Cline; brother Terry Sink; stepmother Diana Cline; and granddaughter, Roxana Gomez.
Randall was a 1988 graduate from Parkersburg High School and graduated from Glenville State College with an Associate in Science in Land Surveying in 1999. Randall was a Professional Land Surveyor in Ohio and West Virginia for 33 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, spending time with his family, and studying the bible. He was a testament of faith, love, and devotion. He brought kindness to all he met and lived by the teachings of Christ, sharing joy and compassion.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 15 years, Tasha Cline; 5 children, Randall (Hannah) Cline III, Johnathan (Rebecca) Cline, Holly Cline, Chase Knutsen, and Caitlin Cline; father, Randall Cline I and mother, Theresa McDonald Ruble; brothers, Todd (Casey) Cline and Matt Smith; sisters, Alicia Miller, Stephanie (Heath) Walker, Laura Kloh, Lori (Kevin) Purdue, and Angel Ruble; 10 grandchildren, Carter, Cam, Diego, Silas, Juanita, Diana, Lilana, Miguel, and Joanna; several nieces and nephews; and dear friends, Chuck and Martha Gump.
The family will have a Celebration of Life from 1 to 5 p.m. on May 17, 2025, at Summit Valley United Methodist Church, Route 14, Vienna, WV.
