It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Melissa 'Missy' Ann Middleton, our beloved mother, who passed away peacefully on April 2, 2025, at the age of 55. A devoted mother and grandmother, Missy will be remembered for her source of strength and love for her family. She is survived by her children, Brittany (Andrew) Lilly, Mikayla (Wade) Gibbs, and Blair Jones; her grandchildren, Karlee, Bailey, and Wesley Lilly; her siblings Sandy (Doug) Hart, Chan Wilkinson, Bill (Jacqui) Middleton, and Josh (Kim) Middleton; her nieces and nephews, Travis (Amber) Welch, Julia Wilkinson, Alyssa Wilkinson, Chandis Wilkinson, Cole Middleton, Logan Middleton, and Kaleigh Middleton.
She was preceded in death by her daughter McKenzie Faith Jones; her parents, James 'Bunk' Middleton and Crystal 'Darlene' Wilkinson; and her grandparents Robert 'Bob' and Luwella 'Blair' Middleton.
A memorial service will be held at 14th Avenue Gospel Mission Church in Parkersburg, on April 12, 2025, at 1 p.m.
