Charles P. Barrett, 87, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away Monday, April 14, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
He was born Jan. 12, 1938, in Vincent, Ohio, to the late Carroll J. and Clara L. Kestermier Barrett.
Charles is survived by his daughter Cheryl Wells (Chris), granddaughters Morgan and Elizabeth Wells and a sister Susanne Scheid.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Steve, a daughter Kimberly Ann Barrett, brothers David, Jim and Tom and a sister Marita Oxender.
Abiding with his wishes, cremation was observed.
