Barry Dean Grimm, 62, of Pullman, WV, departed this life Saturday, March 29th, 2025, at Belmont Healthcare Center in Belmont, WV.
He was born on March 17, 1963, a son of the late Robert Edwin and Vonda Lee (Haught) Grimm.
Barry graduated from Harrisville High School with the class of 1981. He went on to get his business degree from Mt. State College. After college, Barry went and worked in oil and gas with his first boss and friend, Speedy Riggs. After his first job, he was employed for several years by Equitrans and finished his work history at Ormet.
He loved mowing his grass on his John Deere Tractor, keeping his farm in perfect condition, and keeping his black truck polished. He was an avid NASCAR and Cowboys fan. Barry cherished his daughters and loved every moment spent with his grandchildren. His infectious smile and sense of humor could light up any room, leaving everyone around him laughing.
Barry is survived by his loving daughters, Darby Grimm (Casey) of Ellenboro, WV and Kennedi Grimm of Pennsboro, WV; grandchildren, Oliver and Emmitt; sisters, Tina Richards (Gary) and Joy Duncan (Jason) both of Pullman, WV; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Zack and Remington Shanklin, Seth Shaklin, Benny Sullivan, Mike Nichols, and Charlie Cornell.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dale and Marie Grimm and Kester and Ona Haught; and special friend, Gig McNeely.
A celebration of life visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Raiguel Funeral Home in Harrisville, WV.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Raiguel Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
