Matthew Allen Bills, 37, Williamstown, WV, was taken from us too soon on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Born in Marietta, OH, on June 16, 1987, he was a son of Charles and Laura Bennett Bills. He was a 2005 graduate of St. Marys High School and earned his associates degree from WVU-P. Matthew was chemical operator for Axens. He always would put other people before himself and would drop what he was doing to help others. He loved his family. He was hardworking, talented, selfless, and was a musician.

Survivors other than his parents include three children, Hayden, Kimber, and Alexander Bills; two brothers, Michael (Kala) Bills, and Jacob Bills; two nephews, Austin, and Tanner Bills; two nieces, Gracie and Abbi Bills; and maternal grandparents, Denzil and Evelyn Bennett. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Francis “Jack” and Elberta Bills.

Funeral service will be 4 p.m. Sunday, March 23, 2025, at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV, with Pastor Brent Kincaid officiating. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. An online guest register is available at www.ingramfh.com.
