Frank Allen Francis, 74, of Parkersburg, went to be with the Lord on March 19, 2025.
He was born on Nov. 6, 1950, in Parkersburg, WV, the son of the late Earnest and Violet (Smith) Francis.
Frank loved hunting, fishing, his 55 Chevy, classic cars, and he especially loved his grandson Waylon.
Frank is survived by two sons, Frank Austin Francis (Michele) and James Michael Francis (Karen), three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, two brothers, Chuck Francis (Christy) and Jim Francis, two sisters, Barbara Bell (Bob) and Sis Sams.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Rosemary (Blankenship) Francis, one son, Jason Francis, two brothers, Clay and Dave Francis, and one sister, Susie.
Services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Adam Myers officiating. Interment will follow at Parkersburg Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Monday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Funeral Home in Parkersburg.
