Pam passed away on February 4, 2025, at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born on June 13, 1947, to Ruby Ethel Hale Knotts and Walter Dale Knotts.
She was raised in Belpre and graduated from Belpre High School with the Class of 1965. She attended Mountain State College in Parkesburg. Pam attended Belpre Heights Church. Over the years she was active in OCCL/Ohio Child Conservation League and was a Volunteer at Camden Clark Medical Center for many years. She retired working at Sears.
Her favorite thing to do was going to Amish Country, going out to eat with friends, especially the girls from the Belpre Class of 1965 once a month. She also liked to read books, watch movies, searching her Kindle to catch up with family and friends and watching game shows on TV. She enjoyed collecting Angels over the years and looking at them daily especially when friends came to visit.
She is survived by her only child, Joshua D. Reynolds. Her pride and joy of life. A sister Karen Radabaugh and brother in law Gary Radabaugh, a brother Gene "Butch" Knotts and sister in law Ellen Knotts, nieces Gina Knotts McDaniel, and Sarah Radabaugh Layne, and Stephen Reynolds Jr., and many more nephews and nieces, cousins and many friends. She is also survived by her former husband David Reynolds. Pam is to be cremated.
