Clifford "Cliff" J. Bruner, 86, of Belpre, passed away Jan. 2, 2025, at his residence.
He was born April 6, 1938, in Shelbyville, KY, a son of the late Desmon and Cornelia Sallee Bruner.
Cliff had retired from Sanitary Linen and had worked part time for Stouts Pharmacy. He was the past State and Regional President of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 2307 of Parkersburg and was a member of Masonic Lodge 609 of Belpre. Cliff enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, bowling and golfing.
He is survived by his wife Rowena Virginia Ahart Bruner; children Tina Bruner of Parkersburg, Jay Bruner (Jeannine) of Little Rock, AR, and Lori Richards (Johnny) of Belpre; grandchildren Emily Bruner, Corey Bruner (Sarah), Jerry Richards (Trinity), Kaitlin Richards (CJ), Christopher and Benjamin Barrera; great grandson Corbin Richards; a brother William Bruner (Doris) of Brooks, KY.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter Connie Barrera and several brothers and sisters.
