Rhonda Kay Allen

Rhonda Kay Allen, 78, of Washington passed away Sept. 9, 2024, at her residence.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with the Rev. Rick DeQuasie and the Rev. Mark James officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and from noon-1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
