Mary Ellen Wiggins, 90 of Parkersburg passed away September 1, 2024, at her residence.

She was born in Mannington, WV. October 8, 1933 the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Goldie A. Haught Price.

She was a Homemaker and enjoyed sitting on the porch and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Pam Douglas (Frank) of Parkersburg; Her grandchildren, Shaun Douglas (Shae) of Parkersburg, Jeff Douglas (Melissa) of Parkersburg and Tim Wiggins of Florida. Her great grandchildren, Dakota Douglas, Chesney Douglas and Layni Morrison. Her daughter in law, Debbie Wiggins of Florida. One sister, Ruth Dye of Wooster, OH.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harlan E. Wiggins; One son, Rector “Rick” Wiggins; One granddaughter, Rebecca Wiggins; Six brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Pastor Jimmie Cox officiating. Burial will be in the Bethel Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.
