David Dudley Hall

1952-2024

Our beloved David Dudley Hall, age 71, passed away peacefully at his home in Riverbank, CA on August 28, 2024, following a brief illness.

Born in Williamsport, PA, and raised in Parkersburg, David was the son of the late William M. Hall, MD, and Julia Anne Dudley Hall both of Parkersburg. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Alison Morris Hall, and their son David Michael Hall, as well as two brothers, Douglas Hall and wife Peggy, and Daniel Hall and wife Perla.

David graduated from Fairmont State College with a BS in Psychology. He was employed as a Psych Tech at St. Joseph’s Hospital prior to becoming the Executive Director of the Parkersburg Housing Authority. He and his wife moved to CA in 1985 where he worked in the semiconductor industry, before retiring as Program Director for a disabled adults day program.

Per his wishes, no services will be held other than a private tree planting ceremony in his honor. In lieu of flowers, the family asks instead that a donation be considered in his name to Community Hospice and Health Services Foundation of Modesto, CA, at givehospiceheart.org.
