Adam Cole Bennett

Adam Cole Bennett, 46, of Parkersburg, passed away Aug. 30, 2024. He was born Jan. 18, 1978, a son to Freeman B. Bennett and the late Jennifer L. Abdella (Armor). Adam was a very skilled contractor and worked as a foreman for GRA Construction for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren and wife.

Along with his father, Adam is survived by his wife Candice Bennett (Greathouse); children Seth Cole Bennett, Chelsey Bennett (Jason), Adam Bennett II, Austin Harper, John Harper, and Victoria Taylor (JT); grandchildren Claire Taylor, Juliette Taylor, and Audri Bennett, and step-father George Abdella.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Jennifer.

A memorial service will be held for Adam, Sunday, Sept. 8, at 2 p.m., at Forty O’ Six Events Venue (4006 E 7th Street Parkersburg WV)
