Roger Dale Hart, 68, of Waverly, passed away Wednesday, at his home in Waverly. Funeral, 2 p.m. Monday, at Lambert-Tatman funeral Home, 400 Green St., Parkersburg. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of service. Burial to follow at Skidmore Cemetery.
