Amy Kylene McFadden

Amy Kylene McFadden, 44, St. Marys, WV, passed away Thursday, Aug. 15, 2024, at Charleston Area Medical Center. Born in Parkersburg, WV, on Dec. 4, 1979, she was the daughter of Debbie Steele McFadden and the late Keith McFadden. She was a 1998 graduate of St. Marys High School. She worked at St. Marys Veterinary Clinic and Vienna Veterinary Clinic. Lately she had been helping her husband with the family business, Galaxy Food Center. She had a great love for music, especially Dave Matthews and Elton John. The only thing more precious to her than her animals was her son, husband and family.

She is survived by her mother, Debbie McFadden; her loving husband, Cason Edwards; one son, Carter Edwards; one sister, Danielle (Scott) Pifer; one nephew, Austin Pifer; and more friends than the paper has ink. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents, Earl and Madeline McFadden; and grandparents, Larry and Bonnie Steele.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2024, at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV with Rev. Lisa Davis-Heller. Calling hours will be from 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2024 and from 12 to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial of her ashes will be private at a later date.
