Linda Carol Booth, 73, of Davisville, WV, passed away Saturday, 20 July 2024, at J.W Ruby Memorial Medical Center after heart complications.
Linda was born in Parkersburg, WV, a 1968 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 1970 graduate of the Wood County School of Practical Nurses.
She is the Wife of 43 years to John C. Booth III. She is the mother for four sons, William (Allan) Farrah (Lynn), Daren L. Booth, Samuel A. Farrah (Kelly) and Hunter C. Booth (Emily), and grandmother of three, Skylar, Sydney and Hannah.
She is the sister to Pamela S. Roberts, and the Aunt to Karl Simms, Kristophers Simms, Amy O'Briant and Kari Wheeler.
Linda worked at St. Joseph Hospital (1970-73), Corning Glass (1979-80), and DuPont from 1980 until her retirement in 2005.
She enjoyed her family, including her dogs, traveling and basket weaving.
She is preceded in death by Nina V. and Allan M. Farrar (Parents), Gary D. Farrar (Brother), and Son Darin L. Booth.
Services for Linda will be held Friday, July 26, at 11am, at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg. Visitation time will be held Thursday, July 25, from 5-8pm, and an hour before the service on Friday. As per Linda's wishes, her remains will be cremated.
