Debra "Debbie" Lee Hall, 59, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in her sleep on July 17, 2024.
Debbie was born in Parkersburg on March 3, 1965, to Alfred "Buck" and Esther Hall. She spent most of her career as a human resource recruiter in South Carolina and most recently at Westbrook Health Services where she made many great friendships. Debbie loved her job and cherished her co-workers and felt proud to help hundreds of individuals find meaningful work.
Debbie graduated from Parkersburg High School with the class of 1983. She also graduated from Marshall University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts - Education degree. The greatest gift that God gave to Debbie was her incredible ability to make anybody and everyone laugh, no matter what the situation. Her memory of details about events being with her friends and family were impeccable.
Debbie is survived by her mother, Esther Hall of Vienna, her brother Mike (Gloria) Hall of Sun City Center, Florida, sisters Suzy Baker of Vienna and Lori (Bob) Boone of Vienna, her nephews John (Tina) Tanner, Mark Morgan, Michael (Hillary) Boone, niece Lauren (Andy) Morris and several great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her life-long best friend, Kris Spader.
Preceding her death was her father, Alfred "Buck" Hall who she has deeply missed for the last 17 years.
