Sharon Sue (Kalt) Jefferson, 82, of Parkersburg, passed away May 14, 2024, at Belmont Healthcare Center.
She was born in Parkersburg April 26, 1942, a daughter of the late William J. Kalt and Annabelle M. (Hunter) Kalt.
Sharon was a member of Parkersburg Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She was a self-employed Home Health Care worker and she worked at Nashua Photo.
Sharon is survived by her stepson, three grandchildren, as well as her adopted family Janice & Bobby Midcap, Jon and Jay Hammock & their families.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel W. Jefferson, three brothers, one sister, and dear friend, Jeanet Rhodes.
A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 PM Monday May 20, 2024 at Leavitt Funeral Home Parkersburg with Richard Fullmer officiating. Interment will follow at Parkersburg Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM prior to service at the funeral home.
