April 1, 1958 – February 20, 2024

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Tammy, loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to all whose lives she touched.

Tammy passed away peacefully at her home on Feb. 20, 2024, and is now with her beloved family that preceded her in death: her daughter Taylor, her great niece Alina Smith, her brother Lary Uppole, and her father Donald Uppole.

Tammy leaves behind her daughter Tricia White, her mother Patsy Cox (Charlie), her sister Kimberly Lantz along with many nieces and nephews who will all sadly miss her.

Tammy will be remembered for her giving heart and her generosity to her family and all that knew her. Tammy’s daughter, Tricia White will always cherish the special times with her mother and all the loving support she gave her over the years.

Tammy enjoyed many unforgettable times with her daughter Taylor taking her and her friends to concerts and other fun events. Tammy had a special bond with her great niece, Alexis Aliff and thought of her as her grandchild.

Tammy celebrated life enjoying her artistic interior designs and it brought her much happiness over the years. She had a great love of animals and was generous in the support of the ASPCA. Tammy would pay the adoption fees of older cats at Christmas so they would get adopted and have a loving home.

Donations can be made to the Parkersburg Animal Shelter in Tammy’s name to honor her many years of support.
