Wayne A. Hall, 77, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away Jan. 30, 2024, at The Belmont Healthcare Center.
He was born Jan. 20, 1947, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late Henry Allen Hall and Mary Columbia Spencer Hall.
Wayne retired from Diamond Glass/Shott Glass after many years of service. He was a lifelong member of Epworth United Methodist Church. Recently, he placed membership with St. Andrews United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed trains, specifically steam engines, long walks in the woods, tinkering in his garage, gardening, and dirt track racing. He will be deeply missed.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his son, Jason; and his daughter, Melinda.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Karen Case.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 5, 2024, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Monday from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. An online guestbook for condolences is available at www.sunsetparkersburg.com.
