Jane Ambrose, 67, of Parkersburg, passed away Sept. 22, 2023, unexpectedly at her residence.
She was born on May 19, 1956, in Wheeling a daughter of Ollie Offutt Jr. and Ruby (Leach) Offutt.
She is survived by her mother Ruby Offutt; daughter Crystal Ambrose; significant other Randy Gunnoe; sister Connie Russell (Rick); brother Tim Offutt; former husband Tim Ambrose. As well as granddaughters Aurora and Adalynn Gunnoe. Niece and nephews Brandon, Kristen and Derick.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by sister-in-law Teri Offutt.
Jane was a graduate of PHS class of '74 and West Liberty University BS in dental hygiene.
She was very active at Parkview UMC for over 60 years. Jane also was involved in Relay for Life for over 18 years.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Raymond Maleke officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday 1-2 p.m.
