Terry Gene Elkins, 71, of Evans, WV, passed away June 23, 2023, in Charleston Area Medical Center, General Division following a sudden illness.
Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, with John Gunther officiating. Burial will follow in Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville, WV. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
