Loretta Catherine Deenis, 85 of Vienna, passed away June 13, 2020, at her residence. She was born May 24, 1935, in Harrisville, WV, a daughter of the late Herbert M. and Thelma O. (Cox) Hardbarger.
Mrs. Deenis retired from Murray Sheet Metal where she worked in the Accounting Department. She was a 1952 graduate of Harrisville High School and was a member of the Red Hat Society.
Surviving is her husband of 64 years, Richard D. Deenis, three sons: John W. Deenis (Sarah) of Parkersburg, Kevin E. Deenis of Vienna and Gregory R. Deenis (Meta Lasch) of Wheeling, four grandchildren and two brothers: Dwayne Hardbarger (Betty) of Shelby Twp. MI and Thomas Hardbarger (Shirley) of Belmont.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters Mary Jo Fowler and Ruth LaVaughn Queen and brother Marion Hardbarger.
Funeral services will be Wednesday 11 a.m. at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Rick Kapple officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday 5-7 p.m. and one hour prior to services.
