Judy Ann Hill Dix,77, passed away May 25th, 2020, at Eagle Pointe in Parkersburg, WV. She was born November 7th, 1942, the daughter of the late Charles Fredrick Hall Jr. and Evelyn Mae Kelley Hall.
Judy enjoyed puzzles and games with friends and family, and was a tremendous animal lover, often taking in strays and caring for them. She worked as a securities examiner at Public Debt for over 37 years and attended Tri-City Baptist Church.
Surviving Judy is her caretaker and friend James C. Hill, daughter-in-law Kim Hill, 11 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her step-son James Matthew Hill, husband David Dix, one brother, and two sisters.
A private family service will be held at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg, with burial to follow at Evergreen South Cemetery at 11am, open to the public.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to your local Humane Society.
