William Dale Richards

William Dale “Bill” Richards, 60, of Cutler, Ohio died at his residence on September 17, 2019. He was born in Parkersburg, WV on April 5, 1959 and was the son of Ruben F. Richards (Carolyn) of Cutler, Ohio and the late Bertha Mae Ross Richards. He was retired from Benton Truck Bodies in Mineral Wells, WV. He was a veteran.

Survivors include his two daughters, Melissa (Billy) Staats, Billie Jo Richards, two grandchildren in his care, Ryan and Kaitlyn Brown, four other grandchildren, Joey (Danika) Staats, Kelsie (Ryan) Miller, Brittany and Emily Staats, and two great grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters, Carolyn (Kevin) Nichols, Kathi (Glen) Arthur and several nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, enjoyed his family and collecting guns.

He was preceded in death by his mother Bertha Mae Ross and a brother Michael Ross.

At his request, there will be no visitation or services.

Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, is assisting the family with arrangements.
