Glenn D. Holt

Glenn D. Holt, 65 of Parkersburg passed away December 14, 2018 at the Camden Clark Medical Center.

He was born in Charleston, WV. the son of the late Winfred and Marjorie Fitzrandolph Holt.

He had retired from Allegheny Power where he worked as a Mechanical Engineer and also had worked for Duke Energy. Glenn was very athletic and had been an All State Pitcher when he was a teenager. He loved baseball and had coached Little League. He was an accomplished certified diver with over 200 dives and loved and was a very skilled pool player. He will be remembered as a loving, caring and gentle man who loved and adored his family.

He is survived by his wife, Helen M. Maddy Holt of Parkersburg; His children, Johanna Holt of Charleston, WV and Mackenzie “Mac” Holt of Parkersburg. His brothers, Wayne Holt of New Jersey, Bruce Holt of Memphis, TN. and Scott Holt of Huntington, WV.

Memorial services will be Tuesday at 5:00 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg and the family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until service time at the funeral home.
