BARLOW TWP. – One man is dead and a woman was hospitalized after an ATV crash on Memorial Day. Carl B. Hall II, 47, of Cutler was pronounced dead at the scene after a 2020 Yamaha YFZ450 four-wheeler he was operating traveled off the left side of Barlow Township 268 and struck a tree on Monday, according to a release issued Wednesday evening by the Marietta Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
