Portion of Murdoch Avenue to close for leak repair

PARKERSBURG – The left and middle lanes of Murdoch Avenue will be closed from 19th to 20th Street beginning at 8 a.m. Thursday as the Parkersburg Utility Board repairs a water leak. Parkersburg District 4 improvement group to meet Friday

PARKERSBURG – The District 4, Precinct 71 Neighborhood Improvement Association will meet at 6 p.m. Friday at The Gathering, 514 Myrtle St, in Parkersburg. Residents are invited to bring plants and dirt for the Community Garden. There will also be a covered dish dinner, with speaker Wendy Tuck, city councilwoman for District 4, who will report on the Mountain State Land Use Summit and other city updates.
