BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on July 21:

July 7

* Michael D. Boone, 48, of Vienna was cited for expired registration.

July 8

* Crystal J. Kubichar, 36, of Parkersburg was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 9

* Joseph E. Rice, 29, of Belpre was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of domestic violence.

July 11

* Garland A. Ritchey 48, of Belpre was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charges of domestic violence, strangulation and unlawful restraint.

July 13

* Terri L. Givens, 68 of Parkersburg was cited for expired registration.

July 14

* Michael K. Parsons, 29, of Belpre was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of receiving stolen property.

July 15

* Jacob K. Laurence, 35, of Belpre was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a theft warrant through Belpre Mayor’s Court.

July 16

* Heather A. Blouir, 32, Lima, Ohio, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a felony theft warrant out of Allen County Sheriff’s Office.

* Jessica D. Mullins, 44, of Reedsville was cited for driving under suspension.

July 17

* Chyanna L Vancamp, 20, of Parkersburg was arrested on the charge of misuse of a credit card.
