PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on June 22:

June 16

* Clayton Wheeland, 25, Elizabeth, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

* Craig Ciulla, 41, Parkersburg, was arrested for disorderly conduct and trespassing.

* Daniel Carter, 32, Vienna, was arrested for obstructing and failure to fingerprint.

* Joseph Grondin, 66, Parkersburg, was arrested for assault of healthcare worker, trespassing and failure to process/fingerprint.

* Matthew Robertson, 22, Parkersburg, was arrested for fugitive from justice from Washington County.

* Officers responded to Sheetz on Seventh Street for the larceny of a bicycle.

* Officers responded to Murdoch Avenue for a larceny and destruction of property.

* Officers responded to 14th Street and cited Michael Runyon for possession of a controlled substance and trespassing.

* Officers responded to City Park for a stolen cell phone.

June 17

* Thomas Westfall, 32, St. Marys, was arrested for failure to process/fingerprint, false information and obstructing.

* Kevin Nipps, 46, Parkersburg, was arrested on a capias.

* Officers responded to Bird Street for a grand larceny.

* Officers responded to Walmart and cited Kristine Horton for shoplifting.

* Officers responded to Walgreens on Pike Street for a stolen purse.

* Officers responded to Lulu Street for a burglary.

June 18

* Christopher Hopkins, 40, Parkersburg, on a capias.

* Austin Smith, 27, Parkersburg, was arrested on a capias.

* Justin Dalrymple, 33, Parkersburg, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and use or presentation of a firearm during commission of a felony.

* Officers responded to 28th Street for a vehicle tampering.

* Officers responded to Market Street for shoplifting.

* Officers responded to Plato’s Closet on Lakeview Center for shoplifting.

* Officers responded to Burke Street and cited William Dennis for possession of a controlled substance.

June 19

* Steven Beaudoin, 54, Parkersburg, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery.

* Billie Jo Brand (Swisher), 51, Parkersburg, was arrested for obstructing and battery.

* Robert L. Cunningham, 35, Parkersburg, was arrested for domestic battery and domestic assault.

* Dakota Mackey, 28, Parkersburg, was arrested for domestic assault.

* Ashton Caplinger, 21, Parkersburg, was arrested for domestic battery.

* Officers responded to Seventh Street for a burglary.

* Officers responded to Camden Avenue for a stolen dirt bike.

June 20

* Tryston Barker, 25, Mineral Wells, was arrested on a capias.

* Autumn Nestor, 20, Parkersburg, was arrested for domestic battery.

* Officers responded to Lulu Street and cited Samantha Shamblin for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

* Officers responded to Williams Street for a burglary.

* Officers responded to Ann Street for a larceny.

* Officers responded to Market Street for a destruction of property.

* Officers responded to 24th Street for a vandalism.

* Bobbie Jo Ross, 51, Indianapolis, was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protective order.
