April 19
* Terry J. Goodwin, of Parkersburg, was arrested on charges of obstructing and shoplifting.
April 20
* Kamon T. Robertson, of Vienna, was arrested on a warrant for driving under the influence.
* Crystal R. Larrison, of Fleming, was arrested on a warrant for shoplifting.
April 22
* Robert H. Bailey, of Marietta, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license.
April 29
* Kathryn D. Hornbeck, of Belpre, was arrested on charges of fleeing and second-offense shoplifting and warrants for obstructing and possession of a controlled substance.
* Brittney S. Stanley, of Vienna, was arrested on a charge of petit larceny.
May 2
* Amy M. Mackey, of Vienna, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.
