VIENNA — The Vienna Police Department released the following reports Aug. 18:

Aug. 14

* Brianna M. Bland, of Williamstown, was arrested on a shoplifting warrant.

* Michael D. Hall, of Vienna, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.

Aug. 16

* Adam J. Hadley, of Vienna, was arrested on a charge of possession of heroin with intent to deliver.

* Meghan A. Souders, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device.

Aug. 17

* Christopher S. Holder, of Marietta, was arrested on charges of obstructing and shoplifting.
