WILLIAMSTOWN -- The Williamstown Police Department released the following reports June 14:
June 12
* Taylor Brooke Stansberry, 30, of Parkersburg, was arrested on charges of speed 40/25, second-offense driving on a suspended license and possession of heroin on Highland Avenue. Stansberry also was wanted on a third-offense shoplifting warrant. Stansberry was processed at headquarters and arraigned at Wood County Magistrate Court where she was released after posting a $5,000 bond.
June 11
* Jaden Franklin Byrd, 25, of New Matamoras, was arrested on warrants charging him with failure to appear and a bench warrant from Pleasants County. Officers checked Byrd as he was outside of a local business on Highland Avenue after it was closed and discovered he was wanted on warrants from Pleasants County. Byrd was arraigned in magistrate court and confined to the Division of Corrections pending a court appearance in Pleasants County.
June 10
* Brandon Herridge, 21, of Williamstown, was cited for a stop sign violation on West Eighth Street.
June 9
* Danny Allen, 58, of Vienna, was cited for speed 52/35 on West Third Street.
June 7
* Raeanna Jenkins, 19, of Parkersburg, was cited for speed 45/25 and no motor vehicle inspection on Highland Avenue.
