PARKERSBURG -- The Wood County Magistrate Court recently handled the following cases:
* Kenneth L. Barnhart, 36, of 10274 Ohio 550, Vincent, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams and no proof of insurance and released on $1,500 bond.
* Brittany Rae Cornell, 26, of 103 Farm View Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of entering without breaking, two counts of petit larceny and one count of destruction of property and released on $3,000 bond.
* David C. Adams, 46, of 66 Wildwood Heights Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense driving under the influence and released on $1,500 bond.
* David M. Ritter, 54, of 418 Avery St., Apt. 301, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense domestic battery and released on $2,500 bond.
* Travis Eugene Logsdon, 36, of 1305 Chateau Royale Court, Morgantown, was arraigned on a charge of DUI greater than 0.15 blood alcohol concentration and released on a $2,500 bond.
* Brian Keith Day II, 29, of 6856 Pike St., Apt. 2, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, driving too fast for conditions and left of center and released on $2,500 bond.
* Joshua Michael McGee, 33, of 1613 15th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver Fentanyl and bond was set at $200,000.
* Charley Glen Hutson, 40, of 618 Reed St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and bond was set at $1,500.
* Mathis Eugene Joseph, 33, of 1405 18th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle, three counts of shoplifting and one count of second-offense shoplifting and released on $12,500 bond.
* Kaydee Lynn Hall, 26, of 480 Egypt Run Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen goods and bond was set at $20,000.
* Mitchell Allan Edwards, 34, of 4 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of malicious assault and presentation of a firearm during commission of a felony and bond was set at $200,000.
* John B. Vineyard, 33, of 324 Birnham Wood Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a suspended license, operating an all-terrain vehicle on a road with a center line and possession of marijuana and released on $1,500 bond.
* William D. Shepherd Jr., 35, of 3201 Broad St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $2,500 bond.
* Stormy Alyson-Joy Estep, 27, of 1323 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on four counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on $5,000 bond.
* Amanda Danielle Cornell, 33, of 37 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of burglary and entry of a dwelling and released on $10,000 bond.
* Tory James Auth, 29, of 90 Royalty St., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a license suspended or revoked for DUI and released on $2,000 bond.
* Stephanie N. Cassady, 35, of 1003 47th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin and released on $2,000 bond.
* Talmage Jay Gray III, 23, of 845 Grub Road, Marietta was arraigned on charges of no insurance and using a cell phone while driving and released on $1,000 bond.
* Sheldon Michael Lucas, 29, of 214 Orange Drive, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on $1,500 bond.
* Chad E. Flores, 46, of 34 Wildwood Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing in a vehicle while DUI, fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference, petit larceny and three counts of shoplifting and released on $7,500 bond.
* Timothy Ray Williams, 54, of 886 Pleasant Hill Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense DUI and released on $2,500 bond.
* Michael Lee Rhodes, 44, of 172 South Hazel St., Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of possession of heroin less than 15 grams and obstructing and released on $2,000 bond.
* David Lucas Givens Jr., 30, of 1110 Edwin St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* William Henry Trussell II, 30, stated homeless, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on $5,000 bond.
