PARKERSBURG -- Two pleas were heard in Wood County Circuit Court on Tuesday.
* Joel Gonzales Gomez, 27, in custody, entered a plea agreement to plead guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphatamine, a lesser included offense to the charge of of delivery of a controlled substance. He waived a pre-sentencing investigation and was sentenced by Judge J.D. Beane to time served.
* Eric Allen Starker, 43, 704 Bird St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Starker was referred to adult probation for the presentencing investigation and Beane set sentencing for 11 a.m. Jan. 29, 2017.
