BELPRE – The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on March 28:

* On March 21, Brandon M. Hall, 31, of 721 Ohio Ave., Belpre, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear. Hall was scheduled to appear in January on charges of driving on an OVI suspension and open container.

* On March 21, Bradly R. Davy, 31, of 351 Spence Road, Belpre, was cited for having an expired registration.

* On March 22, Kimberly A. Beckett, 49, of 5155 Veto Road, Vincent, was cited for speed. Beckett was stopped for traveling 65 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On March 22, Esther K. Allen, 55, of 711 Franklin Ave., Belpre, was cited for disorderly conduct by fighting.

* On March 22, Debra D. Richards, 52, of 711 Franklin Ave., Belpre, was cited for disorderly conduct by fighting.

* On March 23, Amy D. Crihfield, of 1612 Hill St., Belpre, was cited for a stop sign violation.

* On March 23, Brittany N. Sydenstricker, of 5009 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was cited for speed. Sydenstricker was stopped for traveling 51 mph in a 25 mph zone.

* On March 24, Sean C. Rutter, 20, of 380 Green Brier Creek, Marietta, was cited for failing to yield from a private drive.

* On March 26, Keith J. Nakao, 26, of 43370 Tornado Road, Racine, Ohio, was cited for driving under suspension, fictitious license plates and for no rear license plate light.

* On March 26, Gregory K. Browning, 53, of 614 Main St., Belpre, was cited for disorderly conduct by intoxication.

* On March 27, Leah N. Lane, 49, of 3250 Loomis Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was cited for driving under suspension and for having an expired registration.

* On March 27, Austin G. Dotson, 19, of 292 Everson Road, Belpre, was cited for driving a vehicle with no license plates.

* On March 27, Lucinda A. Ryder, 18, of 104 Doris Ave., Marietta, was cited for not wearing a seat belt.

* On March 27, John E. Staten, 18, of 1000 Dickel Ave., Parkersburg, was cited for speed. Staten was stopped for traveling 60 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On March 28, Kenneth G. Roush, 59, of 614 Front St., Marietta, was cited for speed. Roush was stopped for traveling 60 mph in a 50 mph zone.

Belpre Police

BELPRE – The Belpre Police Department released the following reports recently:

* On March 6, officers responded to 707 Elm St., Apt. A, in reference to a barking dog complaint. Officers spoke with the owner of the dog in question and advised her on the barking dog ordinance.

* On March 7, officers responded to 1800 Rockland Ave. in reference to a dog at large complaint. Officers spoke with the owner of the dog in question and advised her on the leash ordinance.

* On March 7, officers responded to Depot Park in reference to kids dumping the trash cans over the hill. Officers spoke with witnesses determining that it was a small group of juveniles that fled on the railroad tracks. Officers were unable to locate the individuals.

* On March 7, Ed Milam reported that his brother-in-law, Kevin Rice, took $75 from him to pay his doctor but never paid the bill. Officers spoke to all parties involved and they were advised to separate. Also on March 7, officers responded to 708 Elm St. in reference to two males fighting. Kevin Rice and Ed Milam were both issued citations for disorderly conduct by fighting.

* On March 7, Cashland, 1006 Washington Blvd., reported that two juveniles were throwing a basketball at their window. The juveniles left the area before officers responded.

* On March 8, officers responded to the area of Brentwood Drive and Pennsylvania Avenue in reference to a yellow box truck parked at the corner obstructing the view when turning. Officers responded and determined that the box truck was not obstructing any views; however, it was parked facing the wrong direction. The owner was advised and the vehicle was moved.

* On March 8, officers responded to 1205 Wyatt Lane in reference to a van that has been parked out front for a couple of weeks. Officers made contact with the apartment complex maintenance department and they advised they would contact the property owner about having it towed.

* On March 8, officers responded to Nutrition Pit, 2505 Washington Blvd., in reference to a burglary alarm.

* On March 9, Dollar General, 1207 Washington Blvd., reported theft of merchandise by a female. Clarissa Christopher, of 311 Scott Ave., was arrested on a charge of theft of $37.75 worth of merchandise. She was released on a personal recognizance bond.

* On March 9, officers responded to the 1000 block of Washington Boulevard in reference to a vehicle striking a motorcycle. Scott Nixon, of 3520 Coulson Road, Stockport, was traveling westbound when he changed lanes and struck the motorcycle. Nixon was issued a citation for improper lane change.

* On March 10, officers responded to a motion alarm at Protech Auto, 812 Farson St.

* On March 10, Jennifer Koon, 705 Barclay St., Unit 24, reported that someone broke her dusk to dawn light.

* On March 18, Michael E. Baldwin, 20, of 317 Champion School Road, Belleville, was cited for speed. Baldwin was stopped for traveling 43 mph in a 25 mph zone.

* On March 18, Bruce R. Wallace, 46, of 809 George St., Belpre, was cited for having an expired registration.

* On March 18, Samantha R. Bock, 28, of 120 Wynncrest Court, Marietta, was cited for having an expired registration.

* On March 18, Rachael B. Campbell, 31, of 5380 Johnson Ridge Road, Waterford, was arrested for theft and possession of drugs, Xanax.

* On March 18, Nathan P. Simmons, 41, of 324 Birnham Wood Drive, Parkersburg, was arrested for theft.

* On March 19, Matthew J. Trezza, 20, of 150 Camelot Road, Belpre, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol-underage consumption. Trezza was also charged with speed, display of lights, underage possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia. Trezza was initially stopped for traveling 52 mph in a 35 mph zone.

* On March 19, Todd S. Parsons, 49, of 9001 Airport Road, Georgetown, Ohio, was cited for failing to yield the right of way when turning left.

* On March 19, Clayton Myers, 44, of 2011 Washington Blvd., Belpre, was cited for speed. Myers was stopped for traveling 42 mph in a 25 mph zone.

* On March 19, Michael A. Corbin, 31, of 1004 Dickle Ave., Parkersburg, was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault.

* On March 20, Travis S. Sturm, 20, of 3212 Braun Road, Belpre, was cited for having an expired registration.

* On March 20, Eric D. Lytle, 51, of 2210 Washington Blvd., Belpre, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and also cited for non-use of a turn signal.

* On March 20, Kate M. Roe, 35, of 102 Meadow Drive, Parkersburg, was cited for driving on an expired license and for speed. Roe was stopped for traveling 44 mph in a 35 mph zone.

* On March 21, Angela K. Harpold, 43, of 926 Morgan Ave., Belpre, was cited for driving on an expired license.

* On March 11, Jenna D. Radabaugh, 26, of 911 Glendale Road, Marietta, was arrested on a charge of receiving stolen property. Radabaugh was also charged with counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing drug abuse instruments.

* On March 8, Alexis N. Martin, 20, of 705 Barclay St., Belpre, was cited on a stop sign violation charge.

* On March 8, Randall L. Sams II, 32, of 91 Holiday Drive, Parkersburg, was cited on a stop sign violation charge.

* On March 9, Clarissa C. Christopher, 27, of 311 Scott Ave., Belpre, was arrested on a charge of theft.

* On March 10, Shawn M. Eddy, 22, of 112 Windy Ridge Road, Vincent, was cited on charges of driving under suspension, improper display of license plates and for having an expired registration.

* On March 10, Kara M. Starcher, 31, of 705 Barclay St., Belpre, was arrested on an OVI charge. Officers performed a traffic stop on Starcher’s vehicle after receiving a call from witnesses stating she was under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Starcher performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest.

* On March 10, Michael P. Hollingsworth, 36, of 600 Phillip St., Belpre, was served a summons on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Belpre Police

BELPRE – The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on March 7:

* On Feb. 29, officers responded 2803 Washington Blvd. where Children’s Services found an 8-year old child alone. Officers were let into the residence by the child and verified that he was alone. They found the house to have no working phone lines for any emergencies. Children’s Services will investigate.

* On March 1, officers responded to Belpre Mart, 901 Main St., for the theft of money by an employee. After an investigation it was found that Anna Deaton, 1511 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, had taken an envelope containing $269. A warrant has been issue for her arrest.

* On March 1, officers responded to Spires Motors, 1623 Washington Blvd., in reference to the theft of an air bag from a vehicle. Officers met with Martin Spires and said someone remove the driver’s side air bag from a 2010 Ford Focus. This case remains under investigation.

* On March 2, officers responded to Touchless Car Wash, 309 Main St., in reference to the theft of quarters out of the machine bay. This case remains under investigation.

* On March 3, Rolland Frederick, 730 Tuttle St., reported someone stole a license plate from his 2004 Jeep Cherokee. The plate has been entered as stolen and this case is closed until further information becomes available.

* On March 3, officers responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Lee Street. James Wolfe of 2425 Congress Road was issued a citation for failure to yield. No injuries to report.

* On March 5, Breanna Robinson of 1110 Hocking Road reported she was assaulted by her boyfriend, Ryan Nelson. She said they got into an argument about his drinking. Nelson struck her in the face and shoved her out the patio door causing her to fall. The defendant shoved her again when she attempted to stand up. Robinson had several bruises and a laceration to the ear. Nelson was arrested for felony domestic violence and an outstanding warrant out of Athens County.

* On March 6, officers responded to 1806 Rockland Ave. about a woman outside the residence pounding on the windows. Upon arrival officers met with Michael Brownrigg and he stated that his ex-wife, Lisa Brownrigg, was outside his residence pounding on his windows. Lisa Brownrigg was issue a citation for disorderly conduct.

* On March 6, officers responded to an alarm call at Belpre Mart, 901 Main St. Upon arrival they found the front window of the store to be damaged. No items were taken from the store.

* On March 1, Jalisha J.N. Hodge, 30, of 214 Locust St., Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension and for a stop sign violation. Hodge was also stopped again on March 3 and again cited for driving under suspension. Her vehicle was subsequently towed at that time.

* On March 1, Adam C. Abbott, 26, of 2165 Congress Road, Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension and for speed. Abbott was stopped for traveling 58 mph in a 35 mph zone.

* On March 1, Mark C. Haynes, 30, of 2100 Hill St., Belpre, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of criminal trespassing.

* On March 2, Andrew R. Snider, 40, of 1003 47th St., Vienna, was cited for speed. Snider was stopped for traveling 62 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On March 2, Kelli M. Clegg, 22, 715 Barclay St., Belpre, was cited for speed. Clegg was stopped for traveling 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.

* On March 3, Dwayne S. Blyton, 48, of 510 Edgelawn St., Parkersburg, was cited for speed. Blyton was stopped for traveling 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.

* On March 3, James E. Wolfe, 54, of 2425 Congress Road, Belpre, was cited for failing to yield the right of way while turning left.

* On March 3, Ian S. Joseph, 23, 27 Franklin Drive, Little Hocking, was cited for speed. Joseph was stopped for traveling 61 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On March 3, Lucas M. Grueser, 28, 39425 Silver Ridge Road, Reedsville, was cited for speed. Grueser was stopped for traveling 61 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On March 3, Mackenzie F. Starcher, 18, 709 Franklin Ave., Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension and also for possession of marijuana. Starcher was initially stopped for crossing the double yellow line.

* On March 4, Dylan H. Warner, 18, 9584 State Route 339, Vincent, was cited for speed. Warner was stopped for traveling 68 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On March 4, Tara E. Demoss, 31, of 45 Ross Road, Little Hocking, was cited for having an expired registration.

* On March 5, Sheila R. Francis, 51, of 1611 Windy Ridge Road, Vincent, was cited for speed. Francis was stopped for traveling 68 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On March 5, Jerry W. Caldwell, 55, of 2015 Washington Blvd., Belpre, was arrested for OVI and for driving under suspension.

* On March 6, Lisa A. Brownrigg, 36, of 68 Oakwood Ave., Newark, was cited for disorderly conduct.

* On March 6, David A. Gnegy, 52, of 5610 Greenmont Place, Vienna, was cited for speed. Gnegy was stopped for traveling 70 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On Feb. 26, Amber N. Dennis, 26, of 200 Ash St., Williamstown, was cited for a stop sign violation.

* On Feb. 26, Kathy L. Adams, 46, of 101 Gibbens Lane, Belpre, was cited for a red light violation.

* On Feb. 26, Tad D. Lowrance, 18, of 87 Locust Ave., Davisville, was cited for speed. Lowrance was stopped for traveling 66 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On Feb. 27, Scott A. Taylor, 48, of 2800 Beach Drive, Belpre, was cited for speed. Taylor was stopped for traveling 49 mph in a 35 mph zone.
