PARKERSBURG – The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports Nov. 19:

* Jackie Anne Nay, 27, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Nov. 17 on a warrant from Wood County for possession of heroin and a warrant from Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for aggravated theft.

* Stephanie Darlene Burchard, 36, of Parkersburg, was arrested Nov. 17 on charges of second-offense driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

* Eric Gunnar Sciance, 21, of Parkersburg, was arrested Nov. 17 on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.

* Cody Everett, 19, of Parkersburg, was cited Nov. 17 on a charge of petit larceny.

* On Nov. 17, officers responded to Affordable Body Shop in reference to a breaking and entering.

* On Nov. 17, officers responded to Lynn Street in regard to a battery.

* On Nov. 17, Alcinda Moore, of Parkersburg, reported that her vehicle was taken from her driveway.

* On Nov. 17, Jeffery Hoyler, of Parkersburg, reported that someone removed a rifle from his residence.

* On Nov. 17, officers responded to Camden Avenue in regard to a malicious assault.

* On Nov. 17, Roy Roberts, of Parkersburg, reported that someone entered his residence and removed a handgun and currency.

* Everett Christopher Freeland was arrested Nov. 18 on a capias warrant for failure to appear on a charge of shoplifting.

* Joshua Michael Wolfe, 22, of Parkersburg, was arrested Nov. 18 on charges of possession with intent to deliver narcotics, shoplifting and a bench warrant for shoplifting.

* Quinn Mitchell Tennant, 24, of Washington, W.Va., was arrested Nov. 18 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and a bench warrant for fishing without a license.

* Lucas Richard Wilkening, 30, of Parkersburg, was cited Nov. 18 on charges of driving on a suspended license and open container.

* On Nov. 18, officers responded to Vision Care Associates in regard to a grand larceny.

* On Nov. 18, Linda Carder, of Parkersburg, reported that her debit card was taken from her place of residence.

* On Nov. 18, Kathleen Grandick, of Parkersburg, reported that someone entered her vehicle and removed her purse.

* On Nov. 18, Richard Buckbee, of Parkersburg, reported that someone stole his truck, the bed of which was full of tools. The truck was later recovered by Parkersburg Police, but the tools were missing.

* On Nov. 18, Sherri Morgan, of Parkersburg, reported that her vehicle was entered and items were taken.

* On Nov. 18, officers responded to United Bank in regard to a false pretense.

* On Nov. 18, officers responded to J.D. Byrider in regard to someone removing a tire from a vehicle that is for sale.

* Victoria Ellen Korzep, 24, of Vienna, was arrested Nov. 12 on a warrant for destruction of property.

* Stephen Duane Wilder, 24, of Parkersburg, was arrested on Nov. 13 on a charge of burglary.

* Justin J. Bernard, 26, of Parkersburg, was arrested on Nov. 13 on charges of burglary and destruction of property.

* Scott Charles Baker, 22, of Parkersburg, was arrested on Nov. 13 on a charge of burglary. He was also arrested on two capias warrants one for failure to appear on a charge of no operator’s license and the other one for possession of a concealed weapon.

* On Nov. 12, a representative of Broadway Church of the Nazarene reported someone entered the storage building and removed a riding lawn mower. The mower was later recovered.

* On Nov. 12, Christina Griffin, of Parkersburg, reported someone made numerous online purchases using her account information.

* On Nov. 12, officers responded to Speedway in Parkersburg for a shoplifting.

* On Nov. 12, officers responded to Lubeck Avenue in Parkersburg for a violation of a protection order.

* On Nov. 10, Logan M. Coon, 19, of Parkersburg, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence with child endangerment and possession of marijuana.

* On Nov. 10, Amber Nicole Rivera, 30, of Parkersburg, was cited on a charge of shoplifting at the Dollar Store.

* On Nov. 10, Seth Todd Runnion-Gillespie, 21, of Vienna, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana.

* On Nov. 10, Jodi Lynn Schofield, 34, of Parkersburg, was cited on a charge of first-offense shoplifting.

* On Nov. 10, Shirley Tice of Parkersburg reported someone entered her vehicle and removed two purses.

* On Nov. 5, Nicholas Aaron Lockhart, 25, of Creston was arrested for capias warrants for failure to appear on charges of second offense driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance, improper registration and failure to yield.

* On Nov. 5, Jordan Lea Bartram, 20, of Parkersburg was arrested on three different occasions on charges of domestic battery, carrying a concealed weapon without a license, two counts of destruction of property, disorderly conduct, obstructing, public intoxication, battery of a police officer and burglary.

* On Nov. 5, Alisha Dawn Dooley, 33, of Parkersburg was cited on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

* On Nov. 5, Herbert Leon Mahan III, 30, of Parkersburg was cited on a charge of shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

* Nathan Martin, 27, address unknown, was arrested on Oct. 29 on a warrant for violation of a protection order.

* Mark Duane Powell II, 35, of Elizabeth, was arrested on Oct. 29 on a charge of fleeing and a capias warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving suspended or revoked for driving under the influence and a bench warrant for fleeing and eluding.

* Shelly Anne Hallinen, 42, of Parkersburg was arrested on Oct. 29 on a charge of public intoxication.

* Deandre Leon Jones, 28, of Parkersburg, was arrested on Oct. 29 on charges of possession of a weapon by a prohibited person, wanton endangerment with a firearm, possession of a controlled substance and refusal to provide fingerprints.
