PARKERSBURG – The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports on July 15.
* On July 14, Katara Mae Brown, 24, of Belpre was arrested on a warrant from Wood County for malicious wounding.
* On July 14, Jennifer Star Jorgensen, 33, of Parkersburg was arrested on a warrant for operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab.
* On July 14, Courtney Ann Develey, 24, of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.
* On July 14, Jason Ryan Sams, 21, of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.
* On July 14, Eric Lamarr Payne, 38, of Dayton was arrested on charges of delivery of a controlled substance and a warrant for being a fugitive from justice from Montgomery County, Ohio.
* On July 14, Megan Lynn George, 24, of Parkersburg was cited on a charge of shoplifting at Foodland.
* On July 14, officers responded to Criss School for a destruction of property.
* On July 14, Kaela GrandChamp of Parkersburg reported she was house sitting for Frank Robertson and that the rear window of the residence was broken out.
* On July 14, Brandi Dennis of Parkersburg reported her residence was entered and numerous items were taken.
* On July 14, Danny Cunningham of Parkersburg reported a flag was removed from the porch of his residence.
* On July 14, Catherine Bayles of Parkersburg reported a weed trimmer was removed from the porch of her residence.
* On July 14, officers investigated four motor vehicle accidents.

* On July 15, Jonathan Charles Law, 38, of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
* On July 15, Matthew Alan Smith, 29, of Parkersburg was arrested on charges of first-offense driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.
* On July 15, Colton Balderson, 26, of Waterford was cited on a charge of shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
* On July 15, Trinity Lauren Buck, 22, of Waterford was cited on a charge of shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
* On July 15, Gail Bailey of Parkersburg reported someone entered her vehicle and removed her purse.
* On July 15, Carolyn Sims of Parkersburg reported someone entered her vehicle and removed numerous items.
* On July 15, Jonnie Ettinger of Parkersburg reported his vehicle was taken from his place of employment.
