* Marvin Jeffrey McDonald, 59, of Parkersburg was arrested on July 29 on a charge of driving revoked for driving under the influence.
* Donald Earl Campbell, 36, of Parkersburg was arrested on capias warrants for four warrants from Harrison County for failure to pay child support, driving on a suspended license and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
* Cynthia Joan Gumm, 44, of Parkersburg was arrested on July 29 on charges of first-offense driving under the influence and refusal to fingerprint.
* On July 29 officers responded to Foodland for a shoplifting that had already occurred.
* On July 29 officers responded to Go-Mart for a shoplifting that had already occurred.
* On July 29 Jessica Roberts of Parkersburg reported someone removed her cell phone from her residence.
* On July 29 Kenneth Holbert of Parkersburg reported a rifle was stolen from his residence.
* On July 29 Troy Knopp of Parkersburg reported someone known to him damaged his vehicle.

* On July 28, Tabetha Lynn Tullius, 38, of Parkersburg, was arrested for first-offense domestic battery.
* On July 28, Bethany D. Anderson, 18, of Vienna, was cited for first-offense shoplifting from Dollar General.
* On July 28, Eden N. Sims, 25, of Parkersburg was cited for first-offense shoplifting from Wal-Mart.
* On July 28, officers responded to Davis Drive In on Dudley Avenue in reference to a petit larceny.
* On July 28, officers responded to Dollar General on Dudley Avenue in reference to a shoplifting.
* On July 28, officers responded to St. Marys Avenue in reference to a burglary. Jonathan Sindledecker advised someone entered his residence and removed cash from his wallet and a necklace.

* On July 28, officers responded to George Street in reference to a destruction of property. Michael McCumbers advised someone damaged the back door to his residence by prying on it.
* On July 28, Penny Yoho contacted Parkersburg Police headquarters and reported someone known to her fraudulently used her debit card.

* On July 23, Ryan P. Allen, 35, of Belpre was cited for possession of marijuana.
* On July 23, Seth T. Runnion-Gillespie, 21, of Vienna was cited for possession of marijuana.
* On July 23, officers responded to CVS Pharmacy on Murdoch Avenue for a shoplifting.
* On July 23, officers responded to Avery Street in reference to a domestic dispute.
* On July 23, officers responded to a breaking and entering on 10th Avenue. Gary Somerville said someone cut the lock off his shed and stole his Troy Built 22-inch mower.
* On July 23, William Bibey contacted police headquarters and reported the fraudulent use of his credit card.
* On July 23, officers responded to the Salvation Army on Fifth Street for a petit larceny.
* On July 23, officers responded to Hamilton Street for a domestic dispute.
* On July 23, officers responded to Willowbrook Drive for a burglary. John Coe advised that upon returning home he observed several items missing from his residence.

* Colt Edward Taylor, 31, of Ravenswood was arrested on July 22 on four warrants from Tyler County for driving on a suspended license, no registration and no proof of insurance.
* Travis Joseph Pointer, 36, of Streetsboro, Ohio was arrested on July 22 on two warrants from Wood County for domestic battery and domestic assault.
* Jon James Smith, 30, of Parkersburg was cited on July 22 on a charge of shoplifting at 7-Eleven.
* On July 22, Jeffrey Johnson of Parkersburg reported his Harley-Davidson motorcycle was taken from the driveway of his residence.
* On July 22, Steven Ruble of Parkersburg reported someone attempted to enter his residence.
* On July 22, Candi Wade of Parkersburg reported someone damaged her vehicle.
* On July 22, Robbin Naylor of Parkersburg reported someone removed the license plate from her vehicle.

* Anthony Wayne Martin, 39, of Parkersburg was arrested July 16 for DUI first-offense and possession of marijuana.
* Kenneth Lee Jones, 41, of Parkersburg was arrested July 16 for second-offense domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance.
* Ricky L Campbell, 19, of Parkersburg was cited July 16 for second-offense shoplifting from Kmart.
* On July 16 officers responded to Forced Air Supply Inc. on Camden Street in reference to a vehicle entry. The complainant advised that he found a company van with the driver’s side window shattered and the stereo missing from the center dash.
* On July 16 Sherri Sibley contacted headquarters and advised items were stolen out of her vehicle while it was parked at her residence.
* On July 16 officers responded to Fourth Avenue in reference to a destruction of property. Judd Uhl advised a tenant had shot a hole through the walls causing damage to his rental property.
* On July 16 officers responded to Cypress Street in reference to a petit larceny. Ashley Flowers reported someone stole her medication from her purse.
* On July 16 officers responded to Vaughan Avenue for a petit larceny. Madison Williams said someone stole a $200 tote from in front of his residence; however, when he returned home later in the day the tote had been returned.
* On July 16 officers responded to Rite Aid on Dudley Avenue for a petit larceny.

* On July 14, Courtney Ann Develey, 24, of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.
* On July 14, Jason Ryan Sams, 21, of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.
