Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 14:

* Heather Lee Wagner, 650 13th St., Apt #1, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of forgery/uttering. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* David Eran Bailes, 1026-3 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violating a protective order, fined $451.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had charges of violating a protective order and violating a domestic violence protection order dismissed following a deferred adjudication agreement.

* Toby Lee Blair, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violating a protective order and second-offense domestic battery, fined $352.96 and sentenced to one year in jail with a credit of 150 days credit for time served.

* Tommy Harrison Wolfe, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed as the alleged victim is deceased.

* Gabriella Ashley Calloway, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not want to pursue charges

* Bret Garrison Primm, 1041 Meldahl Road, Washington, W.Va., had a charge of conspiracy dismissed without prejudice as there is not enough evidence to secure a conviction.

* James R Thompson, 2653 Old Quarry Road, Bassett, Va., pleaded no contest to failure to obey a traffic control device and fined $186.48.

* Craig Russell Morrison, 607 31st St., Vienna, pleaded no contest to public intoxication and fined $181.48.

* Kenneth C. Carter, 1404 41st St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to not using a hands free device with a cell phone and fined $276.48.

* Chad Albert Ruse, 134 Jim Hallow Road, Carmichaels, Pa., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48. He had a charge of having no proof of insurance dismissed.

* Daniel Wayne Cade, 3924 Wolfe Run Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance on an access site and fined $196.48.

* Dillon Gage Anderson, 2987 Dutch Ridge Road, Apt 23, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Christie A. Seevers, 136 Meadows Mobile Home Park, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Kevin Leroy Swiger, 906 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and having improper registration and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Christopher Jay Richards, 602 Crescent St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and obstruction and held on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Ashlie Dawn McIntyre-Nutter, 2405 Harrison Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Sarah Lynn Stobart, 715 1/2 Franklin Ave. Unit B, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Preston Lee Green, 94 Sycamore St., Huntington, was arraigned on a charge of battery of a government representative and released on a $50,000 bond.

* Craig Allen Waybright, 14 Emerald Drive, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of failure to report an accident, striking a fixture and having an open container in a vehicle and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Donald Wagner, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a license revoked for DUI and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Matthew Scott Taylor, 717 29th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of malicious assault and held on $100,000 surety bond.

* Mark Gribble, 542 Calder Ridge Road, Belpre, pleaded no contest to not using a hands free device with a cell phone and fined $276.48.
