Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 8-11:

* Brooke Anne Meeks, 20125 State Route 550, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $196.48.

* Jeremiah N. Wood, 1619 Fish Creek Road, Proctor, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Brian Marcellus Leisure, 69 Mulberry St., Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and fined $226.48.

* Troy Eugene Lightfritz, 955 Mitchells Lane, Marietta, pleaded guilty to littering from a vehicle and having no seat belt and fined $251.48. Charges of failure to yield and having no proof of insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Haylee Dawn Coe, 348 Slate Run Road, Belleville, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of conspiracy against the state. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Kevin Lee Mays, 6 Wills St., Mineral Wells, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver, possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Delbert Wesley Hall Jr., 1210 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with three days credit for time served. This sentence will run concurrently with a felony charge. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Tristan R. Francis, 877 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. Charges of obstruction with threats of harm and having no insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fleeing and fined $427.96. He was ordered to pay a $615.72 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. Another charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Chad Michael Wilson, 926 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl, THC Wax and Alprazolm) and released on $1,500 bond.

* Nickolaus Sprouse, Racine, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and obstruction and held on $1,000 bond. He was also arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Meigs County, Ohio, on a charge of aggravated arson. A bond hearing will be set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Kendra Leann Monroe, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 bond.

* Nora Renee Gordon, 831 Quincy St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $1,500 bond.

* Josiah Martin Luther Renn, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $500 bond.

* Lindsey Marie Lucas, 108 Miller St., Paden City, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and delivery of an imitation controlled substance and released on $4,000 bond.

* Megan N. Trefz, St. Marys, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 bond.

* Nevin Anthony Clark, 1900 15th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having a suspended operator’s license and having no insurance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Tessa Kay Neal, 1452 Hill St., Belpre, was arraigned on eight counts of fraudulent use of an access device, two counts of computer fraud, and financial exploitation of the elderly, fraudulent schemes and false pretenses and held on $130,000 bond.

* Eric Andrew Mays, 514 55th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) and released on bond.

* Michael Levi Gainer, 1204 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, reckless driving and driving on a revoked license for DUI and released on $1,500 bond.

* Dustin Ray Kinney, 4363 Oak Grove Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, petit larceny and destruction of property and released on $1,100 bond.

* Nora Renee Gordon, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Wood County, West Virginia, on a charge of failure to appear on a felony charge. She was held on no bond.

* Jamie Lee Gains, 3 Pride Court, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of improper passing of a school bus and released on $1,000 bond.

* Zachary Lee Adkins, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Greenup County, Kentucky, on a charge of failure to appear on two previous shoplifting cases. He was held on no bond.

* Timothy Wayne Snyder, 5257 Welsh Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI and third offense driving on a suspended license and released on $5,100 bond.

* Christopher Patrick Reynolds, Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense domestic assault and held on $2,000 bond.

* Joseph Clifford Argabrite, 3410 Janet Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of DUI, less than .150, and driving on a suspended license and released on $3,000 bond.

* Curtis Leon Davis Jr., 1500 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and held on $7,500 bond.

* Akya Shanyke Wonycott, 1802 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver meth and released on $50,000 bond.

* Justin Lee Moore, 1337 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to simple assault and petit larceny, fined $781.96 and sentenced to nine months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on 18 months of unsupervised probation. He had a charge of brandishing a deadly weapon dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Michael Craig Ritchie, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of grand larceny and burglary. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
