PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 21-23:

* Shantel Josephine Leasure, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of destruction of property and released on $1,000 bond.

* David Matthew Pettry, 571 Pete Hollow Road, Belle, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order (warrant) and released on $1,500 bond.

* Bryan Jonathan Bailey, 1103 36th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of defective equipment and third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.

* Kevin Michael Joplin, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 bond.

* Howard Allan Case, 3001 Kellar Lane, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of striking an unattended vehicle and released on $1,000 bond.

* Haylee Dawn Coe, 348 State Run Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500.

* Robert Michael Foggin, 329 Short Run Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of expired MVI and expired registration and released on $500 bond.

* Kiela Shrawn Dye, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and a restriction on use of controlled access highway violation and held on $500 bond.

* Eric Andrew Mays, 1723 16th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and released on $1,000 bond.

* Joseph Gale McElwee, 956 Murphytown Rd., Davisville, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license for DUI and having no insurance and was released on $500 bond.

* Ryan Wayne Devore, 77 Helen Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of expired MVI and released on $100 bond.

* Natasha Elaine Sandlin, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.

* Angela Stephanie Johnson, 60 Young Road, Marietta, had a charge of driving on a suspended license dismissed after it was determined the defendant’s license is valid.

* Paul Wilson Cumberledge, 1119 24th St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no operators license and speeding (87 mph in a 65 mph zone) and fined $362.96.

* Braden Lee Flinn, 51495 Easton Road, Portland, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding (61 mph in a 45 mph zone) and fined $181.48.

* Taryn Lynn Luckey, 209 38th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving too fast for roadway conditions and fined $181.48.

* Cody Orion Martin, 1845 Cantwell Ridge Rd., Walker, pleaded guilty to a construction zone violation and fined $186.48.

* Michele L. Timchak, 8 Wilson St., Ravenswood, pleaded no contest to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.

* Samantha Jo Casto-Hewitt, 7641 Pike St. Lot 19, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license, operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and having no seat belts and fined $387.96.

* Stephan Neale McGuire, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to fishing without a license and fined $196.48.

* Braxton Willis, 1100 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to obey traffic laws and fined $196.48.

* Hannah Noelle Altman, 4959 Signal Road, Columbiana, Ohio, pleaded no contest to speeding and $181.48.

* Michael David Burdette, 699 Forest Hills Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a red light violation and was fined $181.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after he provided proof to the court.

* Cody James Newbanks, 4424 15th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed.

* Jerron L. Jackson, 5388 East 134th St., Garfield, Ohio, pleaded no contest to speeding (93 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $191.48.

* Logan Robert-Wayne Ellison, 1032 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (87 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $181.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 25:

* Tiara N. Tibbs, 609 Edgelawn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no seat belt and fined $25. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed.

* Reece Victor Linna, 1242 Lake Floyd Circle, Salem, pleaded guilty to a stop light violation and fined $181.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed after proof was presented in court.

* Charles Glenn Hutson, 915 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and trespassing and fined $462.96. He was ordered to pay a $166 civil penalty to the Walmart in Vienna.

* Christian Allen Rivera, 902 Williams Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and released on $2,500 bond.

* Christopher Wayne Hutson, 1010 Johnson Run, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on $500 bond.

* Crystal Leann Evans, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

* Jimmie Lee Grimes Jr., 3060 39th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of breaking and entering and held on $20,000 bond.

* Angelo Nelson Stadtler, 1005 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order and released on $1,000 bond.

* Erica L. Wade, 1623 Fairfax St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of expired MVI and defective equipment and released on $200 bond.

* Christian Xavier Leeson, 25 Benson Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding and reckless driving and released on $1,000.

* Sarah Ashley Wilson, 1017 18th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $2,000 bond.

* Brandon James Lott, 11 Richview Court/Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of bond violation and released on $2,000 bond.

* Phillip Joseph Humphries, 1340 Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of transporting contraband into a jail facility and manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Andrew Gus Janetos, 2020 Green Run Road, St. Marys, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of embezzlement and grand larceny. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Sloan B McConnell, 559 Ball School Road, Parkersburg, had charges of operating a vehicle without registration, operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and having no insurance dismissed.

* Billy Glen Davis, 1006 14th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $260 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna.

* Tonya Marie Williams, 1910 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, fined $351.48 and sentenced to one day in jail which was ruled as time served.

* Kerrie Leigh Headley, 3308 Third Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. She was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Walmart.

* Tamia Zhane Garretson, 53 Judgment Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, fined $351.48 and sentenced to eight hours in jail which was ruled as time served.

* Fred Eugene McDanel Jr., 110 Henrietta St., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to second offense DUI and fined $351.48. A charge of driving on a suspended license for DUI was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Olivia Rose Gibbs, 155 Star Rd., Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding (96 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $191.48.

* Amy Victoria Dennis, 200 Ash St., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance, making a false statement to an officer, two counts of obstruction, two counts of driving on a suspended license and fined $1,478.88 and sentenced to 25 days in jail. She had charges of no insurance, having no proof of insurance, no MVI and five counts of driving on a suspended license dismissed, per a plea agreement.
