PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Dec. 20:
* Tammy Sue Drake, 3709 12th Ave., Vienna had charges of having no registration and no MVI dismissed after proof was presented to the court.
* Mark Aaron McIntyre, 65 Beardsley Road, Lowell, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail.
* Larry James Burton, 1426 King St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to reckless driving with no bodily injury and fined $276.48. He had a charge of driving in an impaired state dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Carrie Anne Roberts, 1206 ½ Second St., St. Marys, pleaded guilty to battery of a government employee and/or medical personnel, obstruction, fined $412.96 and was sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Another two counts of battery of a government employee and/or medical personnel were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* John Isaac Adams, 335 Warrior Dr., Vincent, had a charge of misdemeanor violation of a protective order dismissed with prejudice as the state does not wish to prosecute.
* Edward Eugene Gibson III, 1600 Knotts Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to harassment, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Jaylen Dalaino Bell, 5 Clifford Lane, Morgantown, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance - marijuana dismissed after officers failed to appear in court.
* Chasity Dawn Smith, 2705 Lake Washington Rd., Washington, pleaded guilty to having no seatbelt and fined $25. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Leonard Bryant Ball, 278 Northwood Villa, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and having no registration and $457.96.
* Eric Hampton Stevens, no address given, was arraigned as a fugitive from justice out of Washington County on a charge of failure to appear. He was held on no bond.
* Miguel Agustin Paniagua Castro, 1010 Tefft St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of soliciting a minor and held on $75,000 bond.
* Norman William Marks, 1502 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of a sex offender registration violation and released on $2,000 bond.
* James Lee Workman, 534 Fifth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of a sex offender registration violation and held on $1,500 bond.
* Ben Joshua Johnson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and released on $2,500 bond.
* Kiela Shrawn Dye, 1915 Princeton St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of failure to register or provide notice of registration changes and held on $2,000 bond.
