PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 25:
* Hailey N. Mowery, 15 Prince Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having defective equipment and released on $1,000 bond.
* Mickey Roger Smith, 217 Electric Ave., Belleville, was arraigned on two counts of having an improper septic system and released on $1,000 bond.
* Aaron Sean Davis, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $500 bond.
* Nicholas Paul Ickes, 1605 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and held on $500 bond.
* Brayden Scott Brewster, 4308 Uhl St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of stalking and violation of a protective order and released on $1,000 bond.
* Rodney Lee Jones, South Street, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering and held on $50,000 bond.
* Bryson Keith Wells, 506 25th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct and released on $1,000 bond.
* Amber Anna Glaeser Baker, 709 Division St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and misuse of 911 communication and released on $1,500 bond.
* Amie June Daversa, 391 Wiliby Road, Princeton, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $2,000 bond.
* Destiny Renee Baker, 4301 10th Ave., Apt. 303 B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $500 bond.
* Michael James Fittro II, 907 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Jack Meloy Miller Jr., PO Box 207, Waverly, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $2,000 bond.
* Marshall Elijah Winstanley, 907 33rd St., Parkersburg, had a charge of truancy dismissed as the state no longer wishes to pursue the charge after he completed the withdrawal process for his education.
* Nicholas Paul Ickes, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of grand larceny. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Kathy Sue McDonald, PO Box 110, Hockingport, pleaded guilty to battery of a government employee or medical personnel, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She had charges of public intoxication, assault of a government employee or medical personnel and disorderly conduct dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Christopher William Scott Browning, 54460 Ohio 681, Reedsville, Ohio, pleaded guilty to fleeing from an officer, fined $186.48 and sentenced to nine months in jail. A charge of making a false statement to officers was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Stacy Eddleblute, 3106 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of petit larceny dismissed without prejudice.
* Scotty Andrew Boyles Jr., 62 Center St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Dewey William Hall Jr., 1593 Love Hill Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to having no vehicle registration and fined $186.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Ashley Nichole Lockhart, 2203 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $181.48. She was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Par Mar store on Division Street in Parkersburg.
* Krystal Lashae Cook, 119 Willowbrook Drive, Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-offense shoplifting, fined $286.48 and sentenced to three months and six months in jail with the sentences to run concurrently. She was ordered to pay a $254 civil penalty to Rural King in Parkersburg and a $238.48 civil penalty to CVS on Murdoch Avenue in Parkersburg. She had charges of shoplifting, second-offense shoplifting (two counts), second-offense driving on a suspended license, having no proof of insurance and trespassing dismissed, per a plea agreement.

PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 1:
* Belinda Dawn Dugan, 618 Eastlawn Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to assault of government employees, health care providers, utility workers and law enforcement (two counts) and fined $362.96. She was sentenced to six months in jail with a credit of six days for time served. The sentence will run concurrent with a case from Doddridge County. She had charges of failure to process, obstruction with threats of harm and disorderly conduct dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Matheau Sean Blair, 5410 Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, had a charge of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed after successfully completing six months of probation.
* Niels Van-DeVreede, Vienna, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.
* Bryan David Roupe, 740 Clark Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, fined $176.48 and sentenced to eight hours in jail.
* Rudolph Vidale Drummond, 192 Boise St., Williamstown, had a charge of shoplifting dismissed after successfully completing the LEADS program.
* Keenan Lee Curry, 116 Canterbury Drive, Parkersburg, had a charge of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed after successfully completing six months of probation.
* David Franklin Burdette, 8064 Industrial St., Clarksburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing, disorderly conduct, possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $452.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended, and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Christopher Todd Smith, 2906 29th St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $50 to the Kroger store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg. A charge of shoplifting was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* John Thomas Buchanan, 2691 New England Ridge Road, Washington, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Henry Theodore Allen Sr., 902 Lincoln Drive, Parkersburg, had a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license dismissed as Allen is now deceased.
* Brian Bradley Wright, 615 Pike St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of grand larceny and fraudulent use of an access device. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Christopher Todd Smith, 2906 29th St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, had a charge of driving on a suspended license dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Rodney Lee Jones, #3 South St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of breaking and entering. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Cassandra Jo McCarty, 608 33rd St., Apt. D, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of breathing, inhaling or drinking certain intoxicating compounds and released on $1,000 bond.
* William Joshua Twilley, 625 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of battery of medical personnel and two counts of assault of medical personnel and released on $5,000 bond.
* Deborah Martin, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having no permitted septic system and released on $500 bond.
* Ronald Todd Grimm, 807 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of speeding and released on $500 bond.
* Breanna Michelle Randall, 1806 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of DUI and obstruction and held on $1,000 bond.
* Dale Roger Thorn, 893 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no motor vehicle inspection, no proof of insurance, no registration, having an open container and third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $3,000 bond.
* George Allen Sargent, 2608 26th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* James Daniel Dantzler, 89 Elm St., Racine, pleaded guilty to gross weight of vehicles and loads and fined $246.48.
