PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on October 13-15:
* Dale Klein Weakley II, 108 Paugh Ridge Road, Proctor, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was presented.
* Hunter Lee Walker, 7 Parkview Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without evidence of registration and failure to obtain a West Virginia operator's license and fined $362.96.

* Rocco Domanick Renaldo, 3911 Sayre Ave., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to maintain control, leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on $2,000 bond.
* Derek Robert Chrisman, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and domestic assault and held on $2,000 bond.
* Raymond Michael Adkins, 2300 Traceport Rd., Branchland, W.Va., was arraigned on violation of a domestic violence protection order and violation of a domestic violence protection order and released on $1,250 bond.
* Jessica Dawn Woodward, 1347 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing, obstructing an officer, battery of a police officer and failure to render information and held on $1,500.
* Brandon Paul Hayes, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and held on $500 bond.
* Candy Rochelle Bentz, 529 6th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and second-offense shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $1,000 bond.
* William Lee Heflin, 99 Fox Run Road, Apt. #6, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of false pretense and fraudulent use of an access device and released on $10,000 bond.
* Ty Edward Green, 577 Nicolette Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on nine counts of cruelty to animals and held on $45,000 bond.
* Nicholas Paul Ickes, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on $10,000 bond.
* James Aaron Burke, 230 Forest Way Road, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, less than $500, and obstructing an officer and released on $750 bond.
* Heather Cheyenne Still, 650 13th St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and obstruction and held on $750 bond.
* Keith Jermaine Penn, 2305 36th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned for a charge of speeding, 64 mph in a 45 mph zone, and released on $100 bond.
* Michael Steven Partridge, 252 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence order and held on $1,000 bond.
* Cory Duane Oberdier, 1283 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired with a BAC of equal of greater than .15 and released on $2,500 bond.
* Brandon David Holbert, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and released on $500 bond.
* Leann Dolleen Lemon, 10 Okey Full Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $500 bond.
* Matthew Russell Stewart, 626 Lubeck Ave. Apt. C, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Evan James Melendez, 101 East 8th St., Williamstown, had a charge of assault dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim and a potential witness were not present in court.
* Mahala Layne Richards, 2305 Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $377.96. She was ordered to pay a civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. She had another charge of shoplifting dismissed per a plea agreement with a charge of trespassing also dismissed. She also pleaded guilty to obstruction and sentenced to six days in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed, per a plea agreement. A charge of fleeing was also dismissed. She also pleaded guilty to conspiracy, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She also pleaded guilty to fleeing, fined $186.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of seven days for time served.
* Jessica Dawn Woodward, no address given, was arraigned on charges of trespassing, obstructing an officer, battery of a police officer and failure to render information and released on bond.

PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on October 16:
* Carissa Leann Lane-Farmer, 703 31st St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to fleeing, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was ruled as time served. A preliminary hearing for charges of forgery of public records and third-offense shoplifting were waived. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jaymason Mikale Robinson, 2212 36th St. Apt. 9, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on three counts of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule I or II Narcotic. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Tyler Jared Riggleman, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Guernsey County, Ohio, on charges of possession of drugs, receiving stolen property, falsification and three counts of possession of drug abuse instruments. He was held on no bond.
* David Lee Lockhart, 150 Berry Lane, Palestine, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.
* Carl Dennis Robison, 127 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance and released on $750 bond.
* Rhonda Renee Patterson, 2600 27th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Melissa Dawn Balderson, 4815 North Torch Road, Coolville, was arraigned for transporting an illegal substance into the jail and held on $50,000.
* Scott Edward Joy, PO Box 152, Elizabeth, was arraigned on five counts of violation of a protective order and released on $5,000 bond.
* John Walter Keaton, 7142 Pike St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding (60 mph in a 55 mph zone) and fined $181.48.
* James Robert Harmon, 3433 Cow Run Rd., Cottageville, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Michael Von Richards, 1361 McGill Road, Vincent, had a charge of driving on a suspended license for DUI dismissed.
* Dustin Leroy Adams, 256 Washington Dr., Mineral Wells, had a charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed after a new one was presented to the court.
* Joshua David Burns, 3172 Morehead Rd., Elizabeth, had charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and expired registration dismissed after new ones were presented to the court.
