PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court Sept. 29 to Oct. 1:

* Alexander Preston McCartney, 658 Ridgeview Dr., St. Marys, was arraigned on charges of of DUI, less than .150, and released on $2,000 bond.

* John Edward Scott, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of second-offense domestic assault and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and released on $2,000 bond.

* Zachary Ryan Stoneking, 201 County Lane, Walker, was arraigned on charges of aggravated DUI, obstructing and battery of an officer and released on $3,000 bond.

* Scott C. Garber, 1616 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no proof of insurance and released on $500 bond.

* Scotty Andrew Boyles Jr., 62 Center St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on $500.

* Jordan Leighann Somerville, 3512 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and released on $500 bond.

* Joshua E. Boston, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and domestic assault and released on $500 bond.

* Heather Dawn Lucas, 907 A Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of two counts of violating a protective order and released on $2,000 bond.

* William Caleb McHenry, 549 New England Ridge Road, Washington, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having no proof of insurance, improper registration and having no motorcycle endorsement and released on $2,000 bond.

* Gregory Lee Freeland Sr., 191 Hospitality Lane Room 118, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

* Chester Dwayne Moyers, 605 31st. St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second offense driving on a suspended license, having no insurance, having expired registration and possession of a controlled substance.

* Justin Joel Russell, 2349 Blennerhassett Height Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to improper MVI and fined $181.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance dismissed after proof was provided to the court.

* Braden Keith Knapp, 800 Huggins Drive, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Stephanie E. Johnson, 2987 Dutchridge Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to havin no seat belts and fined $25. A charge of having no proof of insurance dismissed after proof was provided to the court.

* Rudy L. Morris, 4047 N. Torch Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Krystal Rae Leslie, 1031 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Joshua Lee Kerr, 606 Pennike Rd., Murraysville, pleaded guilty to having no seat belt and fined $25. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed.

* Treasa Ann Amick, 50 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed.

* Thomas Bradley Ruddlesden, 601 Elder St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a traffic-control signal legend violation and fined $186.48.

* James Michael Nestor, 615 Putnam St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Jordan L. Doak, 512 23rd St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Carl Franklin McDowell II, 661 Davisville Rd., Davisville, pleaded guilty to having no seatbelt and fined $25.

* Opal Dawn O’Dell, 908 Goff Rd., Harrisville, pleaded guilty to defective equipment and fined $181.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance dismissed after proof was provided to the court.

* Isaac Terrell Hunter Cunningham, 707 Washington Blvd., Apt. C, Belpre, pleaded no contest to no seat belt and fined $25.

* William C. Snyder, 112 38th St. Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and fined $196.48.

* Trisha D. Law, 94 Blennerhassett Heights, Washington, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

PARKERSBURG–The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court Oct. 2:

* Terry Austin Williams, 1480 Jerrys Run Road, Belleville, pleady guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Richard Alexander Johns, 404 Oak Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to failure to yield at an intersection and fined $181.48.

* David Jon Tibbs, 177 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to passing in a no passing zone and fined $196.48.

* Seth A. Lugli, 1309 County Rd. 16, New London, pleaded guilty to a permit violation and fined $196.48.

* Marion Bruce Tennant II, 454 Northwood Villa, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $181.48.

* James Raymond Hughes, 61 Lawson Ave., Triadelphia, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and fined $276.48.

* Christopher John Morrison, 23 Low Meadow Rd., St. Marys, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $196.48.

* Stephanie Jean Hall, 608 WV Ave., Apt. 6, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no registration and fined $181.48. A charge of having no operators license dismissed as proof was provided to the court.

* Ryan Scott Watson, 608 Elder St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an importation of wildlife violation and illegal possession of wildlife and fined $392.96.

* Codi Diane Hutchinson, 392 Dublin Dr. #4, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to going left of center and driving on a suspended license and fined $467.96. He had a charge of expired registration dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Rebecca Ann Fultineer, 2213 Highland Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to maintaining a dwelling for use of a controlled substance, fined $176.48 and sentenced to five days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* William La’Garette Densmore, 1202 19th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Alena Lola Dulaney, 2711 Linden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license for DUI, fined $286.48 and sentenced to 90 days of home confinement with a credit of one day for time served.

* Wesley K. Robinson, 3843 Slate Creek Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $181.48. A charge of having expired registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement, after proof was provided to the court.

* Jennifer Lynn Orocchi, 812 Jackson Ave., Parkersburg, had charges of having no registration and no MVI dismissed as both were now valid.

* Cheryl Renee Naylor, 201 Belle Meadow Dr., Marietta, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $226.48. Charges of having no proof of insurance and driving on a suspended license were dismissed, as part of a plea agreement.

* Hannah Rae Furbee, 133 Mount Vernon Dr., Washington, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (Heroin), fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Charges of running a stop sign and having no proof of insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Myron Eugene Anderson, 2503 Beverly St. Apt. 12B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, having expired MVI and having no operator’s license and held on $1,500 bond.

* Raymond Michael Adkins, 2229 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $500 bond.

* Joshua Paul Young, 2763 Exchange Road, Exchange, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Richard James Ray, 1337 Lynn St. Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $176.48 and sentenced to five months in jail which 5 1/2 months was credited as time served. The plea agreement was part of a plea from a Circuit Court case.

* Hunter Riley Thomas, 1076 Otter Run, Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation with a credit of one day for time served.

* Desarah Lynn Geer-Marberry, Belpre, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation with a credit of one day for time served. A charge of domestic battery was dismissed without prejudice, per a plea agreement.

* Dillon Gage Anderson, 10334 Veto Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* James Howard Ware, 297 Barnstable Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of wildlife and fined $196.48. A charge of failure to electronically register game was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Kevin Lee Spears, Parkersburg, had a chage of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim wished to withdraw the complaint.

* Michael Brian Postlewaite, 481 Old St. Marys Pike, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, fined $361.48 and sentenced to one day in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of open container in a vehicle was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Matthew Robert Bonnett, 5335 Harris Highway, Washington, pleaded guilty to driving with a cell phone and speeding (55 mph in a 45 mph zone) and fined $281.48. Charges of defective equipment and expired registration were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Justin Lewis Beeler, Washington, had charges of domestic battery, unlawful restraint and prevention of access to emergency services dismissed as the charges will be included in a felony case.

* Jacquline Marie White-Philpott, 810 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 11 days in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* William Edward Vandal Jr., 711 Rector Dr., Creston, was arraigned on a charge of having no insurance and third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $2,000 bond.

* Brandon Michael Zirkle, PO Box 181, Simpson, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and second-offense shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

* Dewey William Hall, 1593 Love Hill Road, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration and having no proof of insurance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Zachary Joseph Delizzio, 1337 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct, fleeing on foot and assault on a police officer and held on $3,000 bond.

* Kylelee Paige Kidwell, 249 Little Kanawha River Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on $2,000 bond.
