PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 26:
* Diane R. McAtee, 213 Ivy Brook Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to hunt baited area for turkey and was fined $190.25.
* Ricki Dean McAtee Jr., 213 Ivy Brook Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to hunt baited area for turkey and was fined $190.25.
* Allen L. Wogan, 5415 Wogan Road, Chesterhill, Ohio, pleaded guilty to two counts of no seat belt use and was fined $100.
* Davan Jade Temple, 1222 20th St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and no insurance and was fined $640.50.
* Christian Addison Stukey, 557 Sixth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* James Paul Bryan, 178 Hayes St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.
* Herbert Allen Stewart Jr., 2409 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of forgery and uttering and released on $7,500 bond.
* Morgan Ray Gabbert, 49D Brown Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of fentanyl with intent and held on $50,000 bond.
* Tiffany R. Sprouse, 49D Brown Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of fentanyl with intent and held on $50,000 bond.
* Charles Clinton Hess, 123 Locust Drive, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and released on $500 bond.
* Kenneth A. Ankrom Jr., 1027 Little Kanawha River Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on $2,000 bond.
* Timothy Scott Bailey, 1716 Seventh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to knowingly providing a structure for use of a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. He was fined $340.50 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation for each charge, to run concurrently. Two counts of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Kelsey Renee McConnell, 401 13th St., Apt. 103, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was fined $220.25. A charge of possession of meth was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Carles Ray Ward, 1519 15th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (meth) and shoplifting, was fined $370.50 and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He had a charge of petit larceny dismissed, per a plea agreement. Ward was ordered to pay a $767.76 civil penalty to the Walmart in Parkersburg.
* Damion Michael Payton, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without registration, was fined $175.25 and received a deferred sentence of six months. He had a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed after the successful completion of probation. A stop sign violation and a loud exhaust charge were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Darian Lewis Webb, 2137 1/2 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was fined $180.25 and sentenced to 20 days in jail, which was suspended for six months unsupervised probation. He also must seek six months of counseling.
* Charles Edward Atkinson, 913 Erie St., Parkersburg, had a charge of no insurance dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jeremy Alan Bock, 2107 Seventh Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription and was fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, which was suspended for six months of unsupervised probation.
* Thomas Craig Scott, 1218 21st St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to vehicle entering highway from private road or driveway and fined $180.25. A charge of accidents involving damage to vehicle was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jason Dale Morris, 825 Crab Run Road, Smithville, pleaded guilty to contributing to delinquency and was fined $170.25 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. A charge of unlawful acts involving nonintoxicated beer was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Charles Dillon Seaford, 77 Lubeck Road Apt. 17, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, was fined $170 and was sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended for six months of unsupervised probation.
* Charles Edward Atkinson, 913 Erie St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without registration and was fined $180.25. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Everett Swiger Jr., 501 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of defective equipment, having no proof of insurance, possession of a controlled substance and third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $2,000 bond.
* Jessica Ann Science, 910 Juliana St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,500 bond.
* Paul Christopher Johnson, 1417 Covert St., Parkersburg, had probable cause found on two counts of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule I, II, III or other controlled substance. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Kelsey Renee McConnell, 500 13th St., Apt. 103, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a prescription, was fined $170.25 and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Joe Allen Dowler, 1404 Grandview Manor, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to burning during restricted hours and was fined $270.25. He was ordered to pay a $200 civil penalty to the West Virginia Division of Forestry.
