Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court April 25:

* Brandon Kyle Rutherford, 111 Santee Dr., Marietta, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Timothy Paul Satterfield, 21 Waverly Acres Circle, Waverly, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and held on $10,000 bond.

* Julianna Bree Warner, 37905 Gehrig Rd., Woodfield, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired with a BAC less then .15 and released on $1,500.

* Todd Glen Evan, 119 Chalfant St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting, less than $500, and conspiracy to commit shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.

* Kyle Matthew Williams, 707 44th St., Vienna, was arraigned on three counts of child neglect and released on $1,500 bond.

* Lacey Vivian Coen, 2 Valley View Dr., Vienna, was arraigned on three counts of child neglect and released on $1,500 bond.

* Jonathan Lee Graham, 36 Lexington Park Dr., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of child abuse resulting in injury and released on $3,000 bond.

* Chaz Joseph Richards, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.

* Jorge E. Hernandez Martin, 810 4th St. Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no operators license and was fined $175.25. He had charges of improper registration, operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and having no insurance dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Worthy Owen Davis IV, 2810 25th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of child abuse resulting in injury. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Nathan Tyler Caplinger, 1408 St. Marys Ave, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of strangulation. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Austin Clayton Smith, 173 Andys Acres Lane, Waverly, pleaded guilty to embezzlement, fined $855.64 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had a charge of embezzlement dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Keenan Wish Mills, homeless-no address given, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of grand larceny and destruction of property. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Adriane Brooke Cochran, 339 South Maple, Mineral Wells, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule I or II Narcotic. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Clifford Paul Nations, 603 37th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of second-degree arson and entry of a building other than dwelling; entry of railroad, traction or motorcar, steamboat or vessel. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Nicky Lee Lamp, 1110 13th St., Parkersburg, had probable cause found for charges of conspiracy, receiving or transferring stolen goods, bringing stolen property into the state from another state and grand larceny. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Aaron Michael Jameson, 1007 Oak Grove Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to having no registration and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $350.50.

* Ian A. Anderson, 17419 Beech Grove Trl., Chagrin Falls, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $175.25.

* Alysa Christine Marie Phillips, 28899 Torch Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to traffic-control signal legend and fined $180.25.

* Michell E. Hutson, 1420 Spring St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and going left of center and fined $630.75.

* Blake E. Bibbee, 282 Big Ben Road, Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $220.25.

* Ashley Renee Blake, 151 Dicken Dr. Ste 55, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $180.25.
