PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 19:

* Sarah Mahalajanene Blankenship, 1845 Right Fork Millcreek Rd., Fort Gay, W.Va., pleaded guilty to battery, was fined $170.25 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* Jessica Margarette Rankin, 1909 36th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and was fined $220.25. She had a charge of trespassing in a placarded residence dismissed, per a plea agreement. She also pleaded guilty to trespassing and was fined $175.25.

* Gianni V. Lynch, 257 Bolingen, Blacklick, Ohio, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of fleeing and manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule I or II Narcotic. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Shane Michael Buchanan, 2402 26th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, was fined $170.25 and placed on three months of home confinement. He was ordered to pay restitutions of $2,000 to the Kroger store on Division Street.

* Misha D. Parker, 1915 19th St. Apt. #4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to child neglect, was fined $170.25 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Sally Burkes, 912 Rugby St., Charleston, was found guilty of failure to keep right and speed limitations and was fined $465.50.

* Cody Dale Parson, 16554 Staunton Turnpike, Walker, was found guilty of a misdemeanor violation of a protective order, was fined $1,208.25 and placed on unsupervised probation.

* Steven Mark Boise II, Greenwood, pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic battery, fined $170.25 and credited for 67 days time served.

* Jamil A. Cabral, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance and held on $40,500 bond.

* Julie Marie Tomblin, 1712 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Edward Eugene Gibson III, 1600 Knotts Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and harassment and released on $2,000 bond.

* Garrett Paul Rich, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.

* Cameron Blake Johnson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.

* Lyndia Bell Opitz, 963 Meadville Rd., Davisville, was arraigned on charges of possession of fentanyl and conspiracy to commit possession and held on $200,000 bond.

* Zxavian Deandre Martin, 1916 29th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of defective equipment and having no MVI and released on $500 bond.

* Howard Robert Lauderman, 1218 Lakewood Circle, Washington, was released on charges of driving on a suspended license and possession of meth and released on $1,500 bond.

* Brian Michael Sams, 451 Alpine St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of prohibitions/open dumps and released on $3,000 bond.

* Evan Jonathon Jenks, 2223 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to prohibited cell phone use and was fined $100.

* John Jeffrey Johnson, 1952 Meldahl Rd., Washington, pleaded guilty to a red light violation and was fined $175.25.

* Toni Marie Packer, 806 41st St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control and was fined $190.25.

* Alexander Joseph Clark, 708 32nd St. Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without registration and having no MVI and was fined $355.50.

* Zachary Michael Harman, 800 18th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to a charge of petit larceny, sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on two years of unsupervised probation. He will also pay any restitution the court deems appropriate. He had a charge of grand larceny dismissed.

* Caeleb Samuel Plants, 5601 4th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to a charge of petit larceny, sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on two years of unsupervised probation. He will also pay any restitution the court deems appropriate. He had two counts of grand larceny dismissed.

PARKERSBURG — The following reports were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 20:

* Stephanie Ann Caltrider, 487 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of speeding (33 mph in a 15 mph zone) and released on $500 bond.

* Brandon Kendall Crump, 2121 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of sending threatening communications by electronic device and released on $3,000 bond.

* Peggy Sue McGraw, 4595 Lenty Road, Barberton, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect and released on $1,000 bond.

* Leanne Nichole Lockhart, 4700 Sams Creek Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on $500 bond.

* Samantha Jo Kuhn, Vincent, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

* Julie Marie Tomblin, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on $20,000 bond.

* Ebony Sherie Burrell, 2031 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, was fined $170.25 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and Burrell was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. He had a charge of fraudulent disposition of personal property under lease dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Timothy James Brown, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of influencing, delaying or preventing testimony in an official proceeding. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court. He also pleaded guilty to second-offense domestic battery, fined $180.25 and sentenced to 60 days in jail.

* Anna Jane Plauche, 1108 17th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Robert Michael Curtiss, 2203 Beverly St., Parkersburg, had a charge of grand larceny dismissed without prejudice. The officer was not present in court.

* Robert Clifford Hopkins Jr., 207 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to escape, was fined $170.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail.

* Ricky Cortez Moore, 270 Blair Ave., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to having no vehicle insurance and was fined $395.25. Charges of obstruction and improper registration were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Jordan Brittany Knoch, 200 Olloch Hill Road, Lowell, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $180.25.

* Kelly James Sheppard, 440 Wakefield Dr., Washington, pleaded guilty to traffic-control signal legend and was fined $175.25.

* Kerry Lee Crawford, 105 Freedom Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to traffic-control signal legend and was fined $175.25.

* Jerry Wayne Seabolt, 1909 36th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was fined $190.25.

* Ashton Gage Taylor, 711 Olive St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $185.25.

* Amber Louise Kyer, 695 Short Run Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to a second-offense driving on a suspended license and was fined $270.25.

* Larry William Deem, 1792 Lake Washington Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to speeding and driving on a suspended license and was fined $450.50.

* Bobby Lee Tincher, 814 Grafton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $195.25. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.

* Curtis Dewey Cash, 10113 Ferry St., Clarksville, Virginia, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and was fined $180.25.

* Jeanne L. Hughes, 2214 Slate Creek Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to hunt baited area for turkey and was fined $390.50.

* Jeanne L. Hughes, 2214 Slate Creek Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to possession of wildlife and was fined $390.50.

* Kiley Shae Goldsmith, 1501 13th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and was fined $270.25.
