PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 28:

* Joshua R. Smith, 37, 101 S. Chelsea St., Sistersville, pleaded no contest to a no seatbelt charge and was assessed $25 in court costs and fines.

* Howard Bernard Holiday, 81, 46 Willowbrook Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to obey traffic device and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Zohn Joseph Kelly, 31, 915 15th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of wanton endangerment with a firearm and cruelty to animals.

* Tyler Dwayne Jenkins, 25, 1504 Avery St. Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, to be served concurrently with a separate charge. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Dale Roger Thorn, 55, 877 Dry Run road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to accidents involving damage and was sentenced to jail for 10 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines. A no insurance charge was dismissed.

* Amanda Kay Smith, 31, 67 Boone St., Walker, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jamie Lewis Hornbeck, 49, 800 7th St. Apt. 5, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to maintaining a dwelling for the use of controlled substances and was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation. Hornbeck was ordered to seek treatment with Westbrook and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Chane Aaron Woodward, 29, 960 Grand Ave. Apt. 212, Cincinnati, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control and was assessed $245.25 in court costs and fines. A no insurance charge was dismissed.

* Indica Arie Riel, 20, homeless, pleaded guilty to providing false information and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines. A false information charge was dismissed.

* James Frederick Cosby Jr., 55, 650 13th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver charge.

* Tyrese Colby Hunt, 20, Belpre, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Sara Kay Hewett, 28, 1020 Swann St. Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Taylor Michael Dye, 24, 2509 40th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on nine counts of escape and bond was set at $90,000 surety.

* Christopher Mark Jouver, 43, 273 Varner Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 6 months, suspended for two years of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jeffrey Neel Smith, 41, 114 Valentine Lane, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, driving with a suspended license and an expired registration and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

* Diane Kay Blackwell, 64, 813 Hugh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Holly Nichole Neader, 39, 715 Grandview St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Michael Shuman, 44, 4204 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of a license violation, no inspection, driving too fast for road conditions, driving left of center, improper registration and no insurance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jeremy Dean Parsons, 25, Big Bend, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Jordan Leighman Somerville, 31, 3512 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Sheetz. Somerville was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 31:

* James Madison Fox Jr., 42, Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and public intoxication and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Khalil Jamal Young, 22, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Charles Stewart Jewell, 48, 161 North Ridge Road, Ripley, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and brandishing and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Timothy Lee Rogers, 42, 1109 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond. He is also a fugitive from justice out of Washington County.

* Jonathan Logan Chapman, 19, 507 Bosa St., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, obstruction, underage consumption and a pedestrian in the roadway and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Lewis Johnathan Williams, 25, 1023 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a violation of a protective order charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Eric Craig Ruble, 41, 127 Victory St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Charlene Kristin Simon, 41, 106 Forest Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of receiving or transferring stolen goods and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Nikki Steven Geer, 31, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Aerial Noelle Henderson, 33, 1708 S. Miss St., Crossett, AK, is a fugitive from justice and was being held at North Central Regional Jail.

* Emma Kate Keith, 29, 147 Jordan Lane Apt. 325, Mineral Wells, is a fugitive from justice and was being held at North Central Regional Jail.

* Joshua Lee Barker, 30, 904 13th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Feb. 1:

* Taylor Paige Brown, 29, 17009 Glen Sleoy Road, Caldwell, pleaded no contest to assault on a government employee and/or medical personnel and was sentenced to jail for 6 months, suspended for one year of probation. Charges of obstructing an officer and knowingly permitting driving under the influence were dismissed and Brown was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Dakota James-Christoph-Moore, 29, 707 Victoria Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $583.90 civil penalty to Walmart. Moore was assessed $200.25 in court costs and fines.

* Joshua Ryan Smith, 37, 101 S. Chelsea St., Sistersville, pleaded no contest to a no seatbelt charge.

* Howard Bernard Holiday, 81, 46 Willowbrook Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to obey a traffic device.

* Brandon Ray Brooks, 35, 509 Johnson St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was assessed $220.25 A no insurance charge was dismissed.

* Jennifer Lynn Rager, 43, 4810 Grand Central Ave. Apt. 8, Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived for a possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver charge.

* Probable cause was found for David Lee Evans, 40, 4810 Grand Central Ave., Apt. 8, Vienna, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

* Michael Scott Welch II, 31, 1107 29th St., Parkersburg, 1107 29th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of delivery of fentanyl.

* A possession of a controlled substance charge was dismissed for David Clifton Adams, 51, 708 Lily Lane, Parkersburg; he was already indicted by a grand jury.

* Joshua Michael Miller, 39, 394 Garrison Lane, Waverly, pleaded guilty to driving without the required security and possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for 11 days served. Charges of no registration, no inspection, unsafe/improperly equipped vehicles and no safety belts were dismissed and he was assessed $810.75 in court costs and fines.

* David L. Snyder, 52, Chateau Hill Apt. 13, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no insurance, no registration, driving with a suspended license and no inspection and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Amy Nicole McGrew, 39, 2311 Cherry Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on six counts of child neglect and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Marvin Scott Boyles, 40, 614 Reed St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* John Joseph Mattingly, 35, 510 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Jason Earl Hardman, 44, 26 Kathys Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no inspection and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Nicole Deloris Ramsey, 35, 1409 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and driving with a suspended license and was assessed $455.50 in court costs and fines.

* Michael S. Rutledge, 22, 5135 Foster Road, Foster, pleaded guilty to speeding and improper lane change and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Lacee Jay Butler, 38, 1051 Welch Road, Cutler, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and obstruction and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Scott Radcliff, 45, 400 Park Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of inhaling intoxicants and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Dewayne Lemon, 32, 608 Shrewsbury Place, Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of violation of a protective order, fleeing and prohibited person with a firearm and was released on a $15,000 surety bond.

* Jeremiah Lee Dillon, 24, 5891 Southern Highway, Rockport, was arraigned on a fleeing charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Robyn Michele Hopkins, 48, 1304 Division St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of an expired inspection and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jade Nicole Williams, 23, 207 Maple St. Apt. 4, Ripley, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kristopher Michael Williamson, 29, homeless, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and obstruction and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Russell Eugene Leeson, 65, 376 Dublin Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Benjamin Allen Shaffer, 34, 1709 Park St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a driving with a revoked license charge and was released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Kamron Keyair Black, 27, 2232 Rugby Row D, Dayton, had a preliminary hearing waived for an obstructing an officer charge. A charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver was dismissed, the state wants to further investigate the drug offense.

* James Paul Smith Jr., 47, 2212 36th St. Apt. 16, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to accidents involving bodily injury and failure to stop and was sentenced to jail for 10 days, suspended for 6 months of probation. Restitution is to remain open for 60 days. One count of accidents involving serious bodily injury was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Mitchell Lee Polan, 33, 634 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of counterfeit money with the intent to utter and was sentenced to jail for 6 months, suspended for one year of probation. One count of possession of counterfeit money with the intent to utter and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Joshua Michael Miller, 39, 394 Garrison Lane, Waverly, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jonathan Adam Mercer, 41, 115 Red Hill Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and fraudulent inspection and was assessed $545.50 in court costs and fines. Charges of defective equipment and no license were dismissed.

* Christopher Lee Snyder, 44, 3017 City View Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to jail for 30 days. charges of violation of a protective order and driving with a suspended license were dismissed and he was assessed $320.25 in court costs and fines.
